I HIGHLY recommend US Realty. The very first call I had, was with Karen a Customer Service Rep, she is the consummate professional. She answered all of my questions and literally held my hand throughout the entire process, everything from the background check to the fingerprinting. She took time with me and she never made me feel like I was annoying or a pest. Karen walked me through over the phone how to apply for my license and state exam with the DRE. Going over the practice exams and where I should focus my studies, helped tremendously. I called Karen to say, I don't think I did well on the exam, while I was talking, Karen checked the DRE website andtold me I passed the exam!!! I'm elated and Karen you're such a BLESSING!!! Thank you so much :) read more

Most definitely recommend CA Realty Training crash course with Mac Nomura. This training is designed to highly illustrate, fully detail and provide a myriad of examples all while incorporating multiple arrays of relatable scenarios and opportunities of methodologies, strategies, and practicing exam-like questions. Mac is extremely helpful in coaching and truly fully preparing each person's strengths and areas to work on based on structure of programs and setup of class. He takes the time to ask questions, and build your confidence for exam and realtor preparation in the market. The crash course is fairly rigorous and incorporates heavy focus to complete mock exams from day one. Though intense, it is much needed and extremely helpful to put you into the right mindset just before your exam date. It is best to plan and schedule your exam date prior to scheduling crash course. Mac does a fantastic job of helping prepare you for your role to come as a future realtor and wonderfully transforms dull material to lively, updated and relatable examples of material to easily memorize for mastery. Will definitely be recommending! Karen at San Diego office is amazing in helping walk through the state exam application etc etc to help make this happen as well. Thanks, CA Realty! This was so insightful and resourceful it beyond helped me PASS!!!! CA Realty team, thank you for helping guide me from the very beginning of this passion ignited. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping some dull and complex language and materials come to life, Mac! read more

US Realty Training - One of the many! - Vocational & Technical School Near Me - Torrance, California

This was EXACTLY what I needed to take my Real Estate exam with confidence. I took a 2 day crash course with Mac Nomura in Torrance. Studying for the Re exam on my own online was tough to stay engaged and motivated. Mac Nomura is a phenomenal instructor & motivator! He made super dry material so relevant, memorable and entertaining. I really feel confident in taking my exam now and have the clarity I was seeking to start my new career in Real Estate. CA Realty Training is a great platform & makes the material digestible. My only feedback is that the website is not mobile friendly. If you wanna pass, highly recommend signing up asap. read more

Where do I even begin. A few weeks ago I decided to sign up for a crash course and CA Realty was the first thing to pop up in my google. Mac Nomura was our instructor this past weekend and I couldn't have asked for a better person to of lead this crash course. He made me and I am sure everyone else feel so much more motivation going forward. Not only did he prepare me for this test but even more he made me feel so much more prepared for this career. I honestly have almost given up a few times, mainly because I have felt like I wasn't enough and Mac insured me that I am. He opened my eyes to a different perspective. The motivation speeches, the stories, the jokes, the laughs and even the cries in this class made me change my outlook COMPLETELY. I have so much gratitude for this man, and I will without a doubt stay connected with him throughout my Real Estate journey. Honestly, I'd say go to another company due to the nature of content outside of material needed to pass the exam. Online content is okay. Crash course needs work because lecturer doesn't stay on topic. read more

I bought an online course and was totally unmotivated. A lot of reading and no contact with anyone in the area until I found KWU. Came to the first free class very suspicious and did not expect much, gave it a try and it was the best thing I ever did.
