Spider webs outside the doorway and inside. Trash on the floor and looks like it never been swept since color tv's were made. Trash in the parking lot. To begin I have tried unsuccessfully on three occasions (I couldn't help it but I've learned) to get passports renewed. The photo camera feature has never been operable. They always say just go to CVS or Walmart and bring everything back. Well, don't advertise something that you can't deliver. Next, the young person (female) working the counter this most recent experience actually told us that we did not need to mail the passport needing to be renewed. She swore to us that she knew the updated guidelines and that we were going by the old guidelines. Well, guess what I received in the mail about 3 weeks after shipping off the renewal application, the $135 money order, the $22 photo from UPS? I got a HOLD letter from the New Orleans Passport Center requesting my sons current passport. So I had to go back to ANOTHER pOst oFfice; pay another $10.15 postage and tracking plus $2.74 for an envelope. The customer service is deplorable, not to mention the upkeep of the facility. The employees at the DESOTO location conduct themselves as if they could care less about your concerns or how they appear. It's a 9a-49p job and it shows. But, again DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to the DESOTO PO for anything remotely close to Passport services. I'll pay for you to go the Grand Prairie or Mansfield. Anywhere except this place. My RATING is Actally ZERO stars but the least available to choose was one. Peace!

I had a very hard time in any other schooling and it was hard for me to even walk through the doors at any other school I attend. She's the nicest teacher I've ever had and really helped me with hands on stuff like for instance any time I needed help if she was helping someone else she'd always get to me as soon as she could and when she did come help me she made things seem so simple. I LOVE THIS SCHOOL. I battle with deppresion and anxiety and one part of that was schooling for me when I was a kid and if you have a child in the same position then honestly I would send them there because it helped me so much.
