I lived in an apartment complex and this apartment complex switched out all their mailboxes cause their old ones were beat up and run down. Midland USPS refuses to install their master key to be able to mail stuff to this apartment complex and would dump all their mail off to the hard working girls inside that worked for the apartment complex. One day I asked the mail man "sir do you have a package for "my name" " and he said "everything was left outside their door" when I went through I was seeing packages from high end companies, IRS paperwork, job information and personal information and this "mail man" left it outside for Greater midland to find. They WILL not walk up to your door and deliver your package cause they are all lazy and worthless. How are these people making it into this organization? I bought a $560 part for my truck and it's been 2 weeks AFTER the original delivery date and still no part. The company I do business with said "we chose USPS one time and this is what happens? Never again we are so sorry" businesses have to take the fall cause Midland USPS is worth less then the dirt between my toes. Going back to how they refuse to install their master key, it's been about a month and a half and recently in the past month I've heard they won't even show up. People are getting in HUGE amounts of trouble because important documents aren't being mailed to them. This location is worth nothing and needs to be checked up on. This is ridiculous and quite frankly idk how ANYONE is okay with this!

It's always the same unfriendly, unhelpful, rude, and hateful women working behind the desk who obviously doesn't care about anyone or anything. How she's been working there for so long I will never know. And it's not from lack of trying to be friendly, I still walk up with a smile and try to make small chit-chat. It's also not just me, you can hear it with every person that goes through that line. Today she left the desk with no one else working for around 10 minutes with a line out the door to go yell at her coworker in the back. Unfortunately, it happens to be the closest PO to my house and even that's a 30 minute drive. If you have a choice of POs to take your mail to, don't choose this one.

He left it on the counter, and I waited in line. When my turn came, I said I needed to drop the package off and needed help taping it shut. The lady at the counter told me the contents would not fit in the box I had received it in the previous day. She told me I would have to buy a box for $20-40 and I would have to buy tape. She said she would not help me tape it shut. I bought tape and tried to get the box together, but I could not. I asked another lady at the counter to help me hold the box so I could tape it, but she said no, she was working the line I had just gone through. A customer finally helped me tape the box, but by then I was in tears. I went back through the line, and a nice young man helped me. I watched the same lady who said she would not help me helping other customers pack and tape their boxes. They did not have to buy tape! I can only assume the treatment I received was due to the Trump t-shirt I was wearing.
