TDS? I went in to drop off a package. I had opened it, and it was very heavy. Someone in the parking lot, Ryan, carried the box in the store for me. He left it on the counter, and I waited in line. When my turn came, I said I needed to drop the package off and needed help taping it shut. The lady at the counter told me the contents would not fit in the box I had received it in the previous day. She told me I would have to buy a box for $20-40 and I would have to buy tape. She said she would not help me tape it shut. I bought tape and tried to get the box together, but I could not. I asked another lady at the counter to help me hold the box so I could tape it, but she said no, she was working the line I had just gone through. A customer finally helped me tape the box, but by then I was in tears. I went back through the line, and a nice young man helped me. I watched the same lady who said she would not help me helping other customers pack and tape their boxes. They did not have to buy tape! I can only assume the treatment I received was due to the Trump t-shirt I was wearing. read more

So I made a bad mistake and ordered a $2000 electric cooktop on the web. Had to return it and was sad. It was so big had to take it to ups in pieces. Jennifer was so helpful and kept reassuring me it would go back safely. She actually knew how to put it back in the box! She used extra packaging to make it right. Mikayla was very helpful and friendly I brought my little one with me and she was not calm. Mikayla went and got her a small piece of bubble wrap and it made my daughter calm down and was just a really nice gesture from her behalf that she didn't have to do. The girl who helped me was super nice. I have no complaints about that. The main thing is the PRICE. Holy moly! Sent out 3 boxes and 3 padded mailers and it was $104! Ugh. I "heard" that sending boxes were cheaper here than at the USPS but I didn't want to price check here and then check at USPS and then decide. So I said f**k it and mailed them all here. Personally, I think in the future I will just buy on Amazon and ship for FREE. It's astonishing that people still buy and ship through companies like this. Waaaaaaay too expensive. Hopefully everything arrives in one piece and on time. (It's 2 weeks before Christmas so there's definitely wiggle room.) I definitely showed up at a good time. I had a mailbox here for 6 weeks that is set to renew tomorrow 12/1. I've told them for weeks via writing that I do not plan to renew, yet they will not let me out of the box or refund my money. I'm not tied into any kind of contract and this is unacceptable. Do NOT get a box here. Every time you need to retrieve a package you have to wait in line and it's always to the door- it takes 45 min to an hour to get a package. That is even in the slow times of the day. They leave 1 poor employee at the front to handle all kinds of requests that come her way and take lots and lots of time. What a waste. read more

If you have issues with UPS drivers delivering your packages late or you don't have a secure place at your house or apartment to leave packaged when you're at work, you'll definitely want to contact these guys and have your packages stored here for pickup. Despite all the supposed labor shortages in Midland, I've never had any UPS package arrive more than a day late (even in December) and in fact, my packages often arrive earlier than their initial ETAs when I pick them up here. These guys provide a tremendously valuable service for the community since it's 300+ miles away from the nearest big city and local stores oftrn don't carry what you need. I also had them notarize documents for only $7 a pop and they have read hours too - open till 7 on weekdays plus being open on Saturday. read more

The girls in here are so unbelievably helpful, patient and very friendly. I was dropping off some packages to ship out & I noticed they're also capable of printing in all different sizes. While I stood there emailing them the files I wanted printed, Sydney walked me over to the printer & let me feel the different weight of paper & explained to me my different printing options. Needless to say, I am very happy with the prints & the prints have made a nice (& inexpensive) addition to my living room. I'll be back for future printing needs as well as mailing items. I pay for a mailbox at this UPS location. I signed up for it because I live in a house with other renters, and I was concerned at first for my mail's security. The price wasn't bad for three months, so I bit. The "real street address" comes with a Ste number and a mail box number. It's not super friendly for setting up with USPS and the location is not eligible for informed delivery digest. They are a busy store, but the employees are friendly and mainly efficient from my extended stays in line there. I love that they're so honest! They don't answer their phones because they're just "really busy". That's true, the lines are long. Who cares that I'm a customer and it's a service they offer and that I pay for. Well, you guessed it, I renewed for another 3 months while I was deciding if I was going to be staying at my location or not. Now let's say their system is down and they don't email you about a package, and they're busy and don't answer their phone, and YOU'RE busy which is why you chose them in the first place, this is how it goes down: 1. Check your mail when you have time 2. See that they have a package they're holding 3. Get at the end of the line Every. Single. Time. 2 stars because they really are friendly and efficient in all things but answering the phone, and the "real street address" looks just as sketch as a PO Box. read more

The ups store was paid money to ship an espresso machine and then I insured it for 1200 dollars. It arrived damaged and was picked up. 5 months later I finally, after helping them find parts was just issued a check for the parts. The machine was returned triple damaged to what I saw. The knobs were missing and shattered. The interior guys were ruined and the 200 check doesn't even touch the problems. This store should be out of business. read more

Omg UPS SUCKS!!! I get an email saying my package has been delivered so I immediately call UPS to tell them I didn't get it and I am 100% sure it was delivered somewhere else or they kept it themselves because I was here and outside around the delivery time and there was not even a UPS vehicle here. They won't do anything and say I have to wait 24 hours for my package to magically show up. I call 24 hours later and I can't file a claim because their system says delivered!! What the hell?? Take responsibility. I file a claim through the store I ordered from, have to wait 2 weeks for that one and again denied because it shows delivered. When ordering elsewhere and they use UPS, I will not be ordering from them. UPS is a scam and a joke. read more

This place is TOTALLY ridiculous! Took a package to send overnight. Yes I got there at 6pm, but I asked for overnight and if it would go overnight. Was told yes. Don't know about you, but overnight means next day. My package did not leave Midland until Thursday night. Delivery for Friday. Paid overnight rate. When I called could not get any assistance. Was told she guaranteed overnight and I got overnight. It was my fault for getting there too late. But no signs? No warning. That's crap and no partial refund. NEVER AGAIN. I paid for 2 day shipping, got there in 2 days but didn't even knock on the door just said they weren't home even though the entire family was home, never use UPS than they went to pick up the package nxt day at their main site and couldn't get the package due to it not registering a phone number called support 2 times and now won't get delivered till Wednesday...of next week! Currently waiting on a one-day shipping package to complete a car repair. More than a bit urgent. First the package was delayed due to nonexistent 'severe weather,' two phone calls later the package was switched to 'will call,' they say they called but we have been sick by our phones plugged in to the wall--no calls. Now the absolute nicest lady Jasmine in Virginia tried to help us but she told me it was too late. If in the end we don't get our package til Tuesday, five days later, I think it will have to be filed as an official complaint. Hoping that doesn't happen. I really think UPS probably prides itself on being helpful with these urgent, moms-car-is-up-on-blocks, need the bolt before Dad goes back to work, kinds of desperate situations. I recently visited this store to ship a couple of items after Christmas. The experience in the store during the shipping process was fairly quick and professional. My review is centered more on my experience following up with one of the packages that was shipped to Houston. The recipient notified me on Thursday evening (01/21) that she had not received the package. I could not locate the tracking number as it had been almost 3 weeks since I shipped the package. I called this store and after a few minutes, the young man who answered the phone was able to track down the tracking number & was able to tell me that packaged had been delivered to the apartment complex office on 01/06/16 as scheduled. The delay was due soley on the recipient not checking with the complex. The store employee was helpful, courteous, and understanding. I will use them again. read more

Paid over $160.00 to get a food package to my daughter that just got back from overseas with the Navy. She wanted one of her mom's dishes for their company part. UPS has only 1 airport that they ship to from Midland, TX. and that airport was under weather issues (San Antonio). This wasn't the final destination of the package. It was only the first stop before Mississippi. I find it hard to believe that they don't reroute flights to get packages to there destination on time. So now I am out over $160.00 dollars and the food will be unusable for my daughter's party. Way to go UPS and get that fee money......... I will be recommending to all my friends and customers to stay away from UPS and go with another carrier.... read more
