Over the past 3 months, I've used John's hotshot and courier services several times. I've been…read moreintending to leave him a review since he's gotten me out of a pinch several times now. But, it seems every time I think about it or I get sidetracked or busy. Plus, if I'm being honest, I wanted to use his services a few times to make sure his top notch services were consistent and not just a one time fluke. Needless to say, I've now used his several times and he's, consistently, provided top notch service in terms of transporting my items and customer service skills. He has always made contact with me once my items have been safely delivered. In my experiences, he's not the cheapest, but, also, not the most expensive and I've checked around. But, I've learned that he is a man of his word and in my handful of experiences with his services, he's always been punctual and gotten my items to their destination in a timely and safe manner. It's difficult to find reliable and consistent services from someone who makes it a priority to do as promised. He has transported both, small and large items for me. I have no hesitations or reservations in recommending his services. He's earned my trust and now I will not use anyone but John.

I took my laptop in, it would not come on and I had already done a bit of work on it. I replaced battery, cords and finally motherboard. Still it would not work. They fixed up everything I had done, put a new lcd cable in it and low and behold my computer was working again. A few weeks later the motherboard started failing.( It was bought from someone else) They were so nice and called and told me within a couple of hours. I told them to replace it with their supplier and I would send the other back and get my money back. They said they could work with the company I used. I said no I trusted their source more. They got my board out and I sent it off, then they got the part in that day. Mike stayed late that day and put the new board in. They called me the next morning and my computer is faster and smoother running than ever! I found this company after reading reviews and the woman said they were so nice. I am so glad I decided to try them. They are not cheap, but they were affordable, and cheaper than office Depot which I have used and do not care for personally. They do charge labor, but were able to keep it under an hour including the the diagnostic, both times I used them. They called as soon as they know what is wrong with an estimate. The first time it was 40 within a day. Then with second time it was 95+shipping for the part. They were really wonderful and made my Christmas. I can not rave about these people enough.

The city will haul things, buy they told us, "Put it in the alley behind your house and we'll show up sometime in the next 90 days." That seemed like it would make us unpopular with the neighborhood, so I found Junk Removal and gave them a call. They gave us a bid, which they honored. They showed up within a day, picked up the bookshelves from inside the house, and hauled them off. When we called about the water beds, they showed up promptly and had them loaded up (they were in the backyard) before we knew they were there. The service may seem a little pricey to some, but we were more than willing to pay to get the stuff hauled off.
