Whoever delivered my mail broke our key and instead of reporting it, having my mail delivered directly, or literally any of the other smart options at their disposal, they just left the broken key in our mailbox. I can't access my mail and I'm driving myself ragged trying to get an agent (not the useless AI bot!) on the phone. I've called about 6-8 times by now with no luck. I've submitted a support request, scheduled callbacks, but haven't been able to get anyone on the phone. This is the worst service I've ever received from a post office.

That was the case today, so I decided to try a different post office. Fraser post office to the rescue! They are tiny, and out-of-the-way, which really helps in this particular case. And, the lady behind the counter could not have been more friendly. She had no problem scanning the 18 packages I brought in, and we had a nice conversation as she did so.
