Couldn't figure how that was "Free Pickup" so I had to visit the UPS Store. This was a quick and easy process! The shipping was obviously free from Amazon so that was a good deal. The service was fast and friendly. The shipping was an easy and efficient transaction. Got a receipt and was on my way. I still don't know why the driver didn't just take the package but the visit to the store was not an issue, easy as 1,2,3!

UPS prices are generally better for packages but even if they weren't.. it would have to be quite a difference to want to go deal with the other places!

No, it is too expensive compared to other consumer choices (USPS or UPS) But... when a company sends me a prepaid option, FedEx will always be the pick!! You simply print out the return on normal paper. Box it up. They provide the label sleeve for your paper and they have the most well-laid out self service kiosk for you to handle all the rest. Bonus points - when you scan in your package, they even tell you, if you missed the current pickup window for the day and when your package will next be shipped. Flawless, simple, quick! It was a silk floral arrangement that needed to be contained in a box without the flowers on top being crushed, or the vase on bottom getting broken. Aaron did some serious magic....it involved gluing one box into another box, putting padding in between the two ... securing the vase to the bottom, and creating an inviolable chamber on top for the flowers to breathe in...making sure that if the box was thrown around in transit, everything would be safe. And it was. Truly amazing. They are also very nice to deal with. I really prefer going to this small, personal, thoughtful place where they take the time to problem solve, where they are sensitive to costs, and where they execute extremely well.

I don't get it. Are you trying to just ship the empty box?" Why does this happen? It happens because Fedex is the worst company on Earth, so no intelligent person will work for Fedex. How many news stories have we seen about Fedex drivers ... whom Fedex refused to classify as employees ... have just snapped and dumped hundreds, or even thousands, of packages in ditches, ravines, and other places in the woods? Too many times to count, that's how many. Fedex's website is utterly incompent and useless when you try to get info on shipping. I picked the worst day to come to the post office. I had to pick up a package that I had signed to…read morerelease to be redelivered that was never redelivered so I just went back to pick it up. It was inconvenient but whatevs, I just put it on my list of errands to do. The stamp machine wad down so there was a long line. I was about five people back when about ten to fifteen people got behind me. Then, one of the registers went down, one of the reps had to take her lunch, while the one rep that was still working had to do a passport. The first two people in line got super impatient and started yelling at the reps. I am so baffled at how adults can act like and worse then children sometimes. Anyways, when it was my turn, I tried to cheer up the rep bc i knew it had been a bad day for him. People, treat your postal employees better! They work hard for us.
