Our carrier refuses to deliver if our beagle happens to be outside in the morning, noon, or…read moreafternoon (because delivery time varies). So basically, they are saying we can't let our dog out with the invisible fence unless it's in the evening because the woman (not sure of her name, she has long grey hair and sunglasses) will not deliver again if our dog is out. She was also very rude and aggressive and could have at least been polite rather than yelling and then aggressively running to our door once we let our dog in to ring the doorbell multiple times repeatedly then yelled at me and woke up our 2 year old. Our dog always comes in, in less than 10 seconds once I call him and it's only happened TWICE in over 2 YEARS that he happened to be outside when she delivered.

This is probably not true for all carriers...and not in all areas... but, the carrier at my home is…read moreawful.. dishonest because he/she does a terrible careless job when mail is vital. The carrier has repeatedly taken items i've mailed, and failed to scan so the items never arrive to where I've sent them. (where are they?) True.. not all the time, but 4 or 5 ( in less than a year) items never scanned, never delivered is too much. He/she is lazy leaving huge boxes at mailbox across the street instead of bringing to my door. I tried to call to report..but never can get to actually speak to anyone. This is terrible. a better person deserves that job.

This post office has some of the worst mailman's , I had a mailman steal my kitten of my porch and…read morethe same mailman was parked half way my yard and was taken up our parking spots in front of my home. we had asked him politely to move and he told us that we can wait to park In front of our house that he has more house to get done all while flipping us off . We caught all this on video and also when we had tried calling the office to make a report all they could give us was excuses for him.

Our handicapped 88 year old mother misses mail for weeks because her box is…read more"inaccessible" ALL other delivery services, UPS, FedEx, etc.see the handicap ramp and deliver the packages to her front door. USPS won't even step out of the vehicle to put the mail in the box if they can't reach it. How pathetic. And they wonder why USPS is going out of business? After a recent snow, we shoveled a huge bank clear from her box so the driver wouldn't have to endure the torture of leaving the vehicle. they claimed it was still inaccessible. if you're going to do this at least have the courtesy to leave a note so an 88 year-old handicap woman will at least know why she is not receiving mail.
