So as I walled in carrying my box I was headed to the back when a nice store associate asked if Iv was doing an Amazon return. He motioned for me to go to the front cashier area. So I was grateful for his help as Ib would have gone to the wrong area. So I waited in the checkout line and the cashier took my box. So here is why its a 3 star review. Without saying anything, no getting or what she was doing, sheb opened my box and took out my item. Scanning it and scanning other things then placing it into a larger box, which looked like other returns. She pushed my original box to me and I assumed I needed to take that. She went to the printer, grabbed the receipt and handed it to me. So not sure if she was tired of the mundane job or feeling tired or what, but her customer service style just seemed bad. Sure would have been nice to know what she was doing and how it effects me. 3 stars were for the first associate who was truly helpful.

The seller didn't want to be bothered with the normal shipping duties, but I really really wanted this set of wheels so I called Glen at Pak-It. I just gave him my Fedex account number and had the seller drop the wheels off. Glen took care of the rest!!! The wheels arrived two in each box with cardboard in between just like I requested. Everything went smooth and I only wish he was here in California so I didn't have to go through my normal shipper.
