I requested a septic pumpout gor a home that has been vacant for awhile. They arrived on time,…read morehelped me to measure triangulation points to make locating clean out easier next time. The tank was severly compacted due to ?? 20 years of neglect. Due to the compaction, was not able to properly pump out easily. Dickie offered to go to his next stop, come back and force flush the remaining sludge in order to perform a full and complete pumpout. I agreed, and within 2 hours he was back, ran hoses again and was successful in dislodging and completly cleaning out the compacted sludge. Instead of charging me for two pumpouts, as would be customary I'm sure from any other company, we agreed pn a very reasonable extra charge for the additional time and work.
