I truly was expecting a week or more because that's what I'm used to at a previous location To my surprise and happiness Peter called me less than 24 hours later to tell me my machine was done. I went to pick up my machine and it truly is a white glove service he came right out to my car and carried my machine which is a beast. Peter was very knowledgeable told me everything he found and fixed and even let me know some things that I was doing that could help my machine. The cost for the repair was extremely fair I will never bring my machines anywhere else I highly recommend them and feel you should bring your machines there as well !!! After doing some research my team and I decided on emulsion and we were blown out of the park with the job they did! Dave was so helpful and responsive. he made sure to work with me on getting the design just right and out to me in a timely manner. He was always listening to my suggestions helped me make sure the design looked perfect. After receiving my shirts the quality and design looked better than I thought. When my team decided to add another product (hats with our logo embroidered) I sent an email to Dave and we had a proof within the day and they were ordered in the next few. Despite recent delays they arrived quickly and we were ready to sell. I am so happy with the experience with Emulsion and if you ever have an opportunity where you need to screen print you should choose them.
