Loaded our entire house in under 4 hours in the freezing cold and then braved worsening conditions on I-35 south the next day to get our stuff here and unloaded the same day instead of risking even worse conditions the next morning. The guys on the crew were efficient and fun, and Jim's skill backing those moving vans into tight spots is uncanny. We have to move out of our rental and hopefully into a permanent place in June, and we 100% would call Mastery Moving to help us out if we weren't 6 hours away! In addition they mishandled multiple items from a large estate and did not accurately describe the items so as to get the best price for them. If you deal with this company to sell anything of value: - Take a photograph / document everything before they take it - and have them sign when they get the items. - if the item is valuable - demand they place a minimum bid that is reasonable so it doesn't sell to their friends for for nothing. Don't depend on their opinion. Do some research - It's easy to search Ebay closed auctions for values. Or just google it. - get a timeframe in writing: for them to sell and to you receive payment. Don't allow them to wait months to pay you for it!
