Last week I paid $35 to send an express envelope to my daughter in Dallas. I filled out the form that was in the same area as the envelope. When I went to the counter the man (I wish I knew his name, conveniently no name tag, I'll update if I find out) said it was the incorrect form. He then entered the information in his computer. On the monitor I could see he was entering the wrong street name. He did this several times. Then printed out the sticker. Put it on the envelope and threw it in the bin. I asked if he entered the correct street name and he said yes (my fault I didn't ask to see it, never thought he'd outright lie to my face). With tracking the delivery it took four days (I understand it was a 3-5 day delivery). Then the tracking said she would need to go to a post office no where near her home to pick it up. This morning she picked up the envelope and the sticker the man at the post office said had the correct street name had THE WRONG STREET NAME ON IT! This location is dishonest in the worst way. I wonder how many other things this man lies about? He should be ashamed that he lies to paying customers. Disgusting

I came back 9/9, waited 40 minutes, and was told it might have gone out at midnight or it was probably in the back. Nobody would look. They held it until the 10th. Now it's delivering Monday -- after the party. Priority is sold as faster service. Insurance is $100 for loss or damage, not for them sitting on a time-sensitive order. If you need something by a real date, do not trust a counter drop, do not trust "it's in the back," and do not assume Priority means they will actually move it. Get a scan and a receipt or send it another way.
