The packing was unbelievably bad with mislabeled boxes, no concept of organization in the boxes, multiple items broken or damaged and valuable items simply forgotten and left behind. They now hire independent workers to pack who have no accountability to Atlas and they clearly do NOT care to do a good job. I spoke with the company and they said they would send a claim form but of course never did. DO NOT hire this company if you value your property or sanity!!!!

The move-out crew (Adam, Robert, Joel and Tony in Idaho Falls) were amazing and loaded everything faster than expected, worked through lunch and were gone by 4pm. Two days later Adam supervised the unloading in Lehi, UT and also had a great team to work with. There were a few minor wall-dings but nothing major, and all furniture was well cared for. Start to finish was only about 4 1/2 hours including reassembling furniture and generally organizing room set up under my direction. I have patronized this welding shop twice now, and both times I have been extremely pleased with…read moretheir service but most of all their professional work. The first project I had them do was to repair severe damage to an old Schwinn Stingray bicycle frame. Previously I had brought it to one other welding shop in town (the one on Story Mill and Bridger Canyon) and they said they couldn't do much at all to repair it. However, one of the fellows at Midwest took a single look at it and said, "yep, no problem. We will have it done tomorrow." When I got it back, it looked like brand new. The most recent project I gave them was the mounting of a custom fiberglass motorcycle seat onto an old Honda motorcycle. The previous owner who had the seat made for the bike had removed several key parts from the frame for the seat to be mounted, and there was no hardware on the seat itself to be attached to the non-existent mounting points on the frame. To say the least, this was a tricky problem and multiple ways to solve it. When I picked the bike up after they were finished, they had exceeded even my most optimistic expectations. Im not going to get into the details of how they did it, but it was done with careful consideration as to design, safety, style, and the price limit I had set. Hell, they even powder coated the parts they added to match the color of the original frame. This was a truly masterful job they did. Though all this quality work comes at a hansom price tag, but for the product and service it is worth it. I will definitely be returning to them if I need anymore work done.
