The clerk helped me figure out a package, taped it up for me, patiently added the address and made sure I got the best price and was extremely pleasant throughout. The post office usually doesn't give you a piece of tape for an envelope! It was so easy and the price was reasonable. The employees were friendly, professional and simply nice. UPDATE-- I had to change the address of my package because I made a mistake. I called them and it took all of 5 minutes for them to change the address! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!

I told Charlotte I didn't have a clue what I was doing and she patiently answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed, even though there was a line starting to form. I jokingly asked her if she was a dry ice expert. She is, and I am so appreciative of professionals like her that are kind, 100% customer-focused, and know their stuff! Thank you! Also, if you think you might be shipping meat across the country... don't do it middle of the week. You want to do that on a Monday. Better yet, take a road trip.
