I visited this post office today (November 8, 2017) and was able to quickly drop off two packages with ease.

I come here about once a week. Most the staff is very helpful, and extremely friendly. But others…read moreare rude, and cold. I have been into the office on a Monday morning when it was dead, and there was 4 tellers working. Didn't even really wait in line. But if you go in around lunch time, or on the weekends. You will find 3 people up front 2 of them will have "next window signs." So basically there is 1 teller to help usually 10 or more people in line. The last time I was in there was 3 tellers working. "This was around noon" the line was moving okay. There was around 7 of us in line. Then one teller decided to up, and go on break. While the other decided to close her lane, and start doing certified letters... Once I got closer to the front I asked the clerk doing the letters if they could possibly open another window? Her reply was; Ummm I'm pretty busy doing these letters so I can't help you. Someone will be back soon, so you're just gonna have to wait.... Another time I was in I didn't have enough cash to cover the amount, so I whip out the new credit card.. The teller looks at me, and says; it's not signed on the back. To which I reply; oh sorry just got it here's my ID... She retorts; I can't take it; it's not signed... I said okay I can sign it real quick. She said; no you can't sign it in front of me, and now you can't use it today... What? First off if you're an expert in signatures you would be able to compare my license, and signature... Secondly just having an ID with my picture, and signature on it should have sufficed.. In conclusion if you're not a private organization, and your check comes from tax payers. Then the public should be your main concern, and not your personal problems..

I promise this is true. I tried talking to UPS about this but I'm sure you know, it's impossible to talk to anyone that considers themselves important. UPS return labels only log the address, nothing else. So if you reprint the return label, you can reuse it over and over. Take advantage of this wonderful offer from UPS. Every dollar matters, at least to 99% of us. Have a great day.

Attention Military Spouses... choose the post office instead! When I went to this location (my…read morefirst time sending out a package to my husband overseas), the guy helping me began to go through my package-- pulling out items one by one. I had organized the package the way I wanted and had personal notes and things in there... If he had asked me before taking my package and rummaging through it, I most definitely would have said no. I finally took the package and walked out crying. He invaded my privacy without permission and just made me feel so invaluable. This UPS store has no respect for service members and their family. We called UPS corporate and they said this specific store seems to have a lot of issues and that what they did to me was a federal offense and they would be taking care of it. The United States Postal Service treated me wonderfully! They gave a military discount, didn't go through my packages, and they were so kind and respectful!
