He actually listed the part # as the JD OEM part, on his invoice. That was a lie! When I went into the local John Deere part provider, they said the belt he put on is NOT OEM, even though he listed it as such. Also he did not plug one of the engine coils back in which almost caused my engine to blow. Had to send to another dealer to identify the power loss cause. With the unplugged coil, the engine was only running on 1 cylinder. The unplugged coil was either intentional or incompetence. Had to find a reputable dealer to repair his work. Buyer beware.

Gave me additional photos, videos and even took it for a test drive for me and sent me a video of that too! The problem was I am for Connecticut so I could not just go to the dealership and see it in person. After quite some time, I decided to buy it unseen and have it delivered. Signed the contract, made the payment and received the shipping confirmation a few days later. I was supposed to get the bike in about 7 days, but because they deliver multiple bikes at the time, my delivery was last and it was a bit late, 2 days late. Not critical because the price for the delivery itself was very good, but still not the most pleasant thing to happen in the 21 century. Laundry Party LLC has no ties to NYC and the lawyers of Dash & Associates of NYC are not licensed in the state of Massachusetts. Ben has made NO attempt to amicably settle this matter, instead he's illegally hired an NYC law firm to intimidate, threaten, slander, bully, and harass me to try to force me to remove this 100% honest review. See photo I've attached, Laundry party washed my light color clothes, either with my dark clothes, or someones dark clothes. And the shirt on the right which used to be the same color as the one on the left, came back dingey blueish gray color. Ben claims my clothing is cheap quality and it faded. Thats impossible. Bens company washed both shirts several times over the course of 3 months. But the week in question, only the shirt on the right was washed by Laundry Party, not the one on the left. The one on the right as you can see, came back horribly discolored. When asked about it, Ben refused to discuss any compensation whatsoever, and instead blamed me, then illegally hired an out of state lawyer to harass me.
