I saw that they had FedEx that does printing right at the same building, I decided to get the printing job done there, instead of shipping loads of papers to the hotel. I got to the FedEx little before noon, and a manager, Dahlila helped me with the printing order. I had to get 5 brochures that contained several pages each to be printed, 150 copies each. I selected the paper, and Dahlila went though each brochure with me to ensure they will be printed exactly the way I wanted. She told me it will be done in about 1 hour. I went for a lunch, and went back 1 and half hour later, and it was not don't yet, but almost done. She told me that the printer was out of paper a few times, which took extra time... Once it was all done, we packed up in a very strong box, nice and neat, and when I asked for some kind of discount that they might be offering for print jobs, she made sure to give me the best discount! Thank you! As I walked out of the FedEx office, another staff, Armondo came running after me, just to ask if I wanted to borrow their cart (the total printing job came out to be about 19 lbs!). As I was not going to be walking too far, I declined the offer, but that was so nice of them! They we both very nice, friendly, and took a great care of me. Thank you!

About a year ago the head lady retired and the one to replace her is not nice. I try not to go to her for service but sometimes it's unavoidable but after last week I will not ever go back in there again for her if I have to stand and wait in line for someone else or go to a different location and this is not the first time that I've had a bad experience with her. She's very condescending she's rude. She treats you like a piece of dirt. I ship a lot to my family that is stationed in the military F PO Box. She doesn't know what she's doing. I can fill out those forms better than her. I always come prepared with the custom filled out. She even not too long ago lost a very important piece for my son's car Because she filled out the form wrong. It was lost for several months before it finally came back to me and I had to resend it. I continued to go back whenever I needed to send something, but after my experience with her this week, I left and went to one of the locations in Waite Park, which is not convenient, but the people are very nice as, long as she's there, I will not go back if it means I have to step aside and wait for the next clerk to be free. She definitely needs some customer service training.. and if it was because of the holiday, I would give her a break. OK you're busy but she's like that all the time she snaps I asked if I had to sign something which I've always had to do. No, you don't have to. oh OK well, I've always well you don't have to again very rude. I'll avoid going there at all cost if she's the only one I can see. I don't make this decision lightly because it's inconvenient for me as well and I like to give people the chance, but I've given her too many.
