    Never had such a worst experience with FedEx. I went to this location to pick up a missed package…read morethat came in my friends' name. I told them that I was at work and couldn't pick it up. I showed them my ID (Of course the details won't match with what's on the shipping label as the package is sent in my friend's name who doesn't live here but in another state). I showed them my electricity bill with my name and location matching the shipping address. But, the guy just goes saying unless he sees my name in the system he won't release it to me. I understand that the package has delivery restrictions and needs a signature. However, I called my friend to verify my identity and also let him speak to this guy at the counter. Yet, he doesn't seem convinced and says the same thing. I showed him the messages I got from FedEx related to the package, the emails. In fact, the order that I placed through Verizon. The chat conversation with Verizon that the details on order can't be changed as they have that option. I was trying all ways to provide that I'm a legitimate authorized user to pick it up. An hour is gone. I called FedEx directly since they were the people who informed me that I should pick it up from this location. The manager at this location is rude that she was going against the FedEx rep on the line and was taking note of the FedEx cust care agent's ID number and saying she's wrong to allow me to pick it up despite there being an option. You can clearly see that this location's people are not knowledgable, kind, not customer-friendly, and dumb to show proper customer service. I wish I could attach a picture, but here's what indirect signature means according to FedEx on their website when I entered my tracking number: "FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address or from somebody nearby, such as a neighbor or building manager. The recipient has the option to authorize the shipment to be released without anyone present. This change can be requested for FedEx Express packages through FedEx Delivery Manager® or by signing a FedEx door tag" What other proof do they need when I showed a ton of proof that I'm a resident at that location? As they close at 8 PM and I was still talking to FedEx rep, the short lady manager was like, " You will not get this today.. no matter what... "Dead end".... She's so bad that she couldn't realize that I was desperately struggling to prove all the ways that I can to take the package. I still had 1-2 minutes on the clock and she's like if you don't leave we call 911 and threaten me. Absolutely worse people at this location! I just pray that people be better! There's also a reason for me sticking and fighting rightfully going through this episode.. as Verizon can't change the details and it will take another 3 days until FedEx contacts Verizon and it goes back to the warehouse and I had to reorder or do something like that and it will take at least 3-4 weeks.

    I use PostNet for managing my incoming mail. They partner with various online mail providers (e.g…read more iPostal1) through which you can pay a set fee (generally around $10 at the time of writing) to receive mail that is then processed according to your instructions (e.g. held for pickup, opened/scanned with e-mail sent to you of letter contents, forwarded to an address of your choosing). Working with online mail providers was new to them (they only started 2 months ago) and it was initially a bumpy experience (e.g. staff lacked training on how to use the new system). Based on my experiences so far, they have been open to feedback and have dramatically improved (e.g. I request a scan, I get a scanned copy of the document within the hour which is impressive and not a turnaround time I was expecting). I am now a very happy customer and the fact they are able to loop and improve bodes well about them being a provider that I trust with something deeply important to me (my personal mail). The franchisee for this PostNet location (Frank) from my interactions with him seems to be a nice, genuine guy who is passionate about his work.

My goal was to renew my passport, which, by the way, was handled at lightning speed, by one of Ms. Dixon's amicable and lovely employees who has worked at that same location for 5 years+!! It was nice to also see Sanjay there, as well. While I was waiting, I bought three (3) books of stamps: Two books to collect and a third to use. I should note, that Lisa Dixon (& Tamara) worked together, tirelessly, to solve a long-standing problem which a bunch of us had been experiencing re: intermittent lost and mis-delivered mail in Riverside. However, thanks to those 2 managers, we're not experiencing ANY issues anymore. (And all this, after our most valued post man "Doug" took on another route!) I/We cannot thank Lisa & Tamara enough for getting to the bottom of the issue and finding a most clever solution. And I have every confidence that our newly assigned post woman will do well. (God Bless all of you at 36 Arcadia Road!!) *** Ps- For those who wrote NEG reviews about the service and personalities at this post office... maybe if you offered a smile, or a kind word, you might get it back.     I've been a loyal customer of The UPS Store in Greenwich ( 0822 ) for 10 years now. I bring them…read moreantiques that I sell from my online marketplace , 1ST Dibs. A year ago,I brought them an item that they packed and shipped, and it arrived broken. A week later, I brought them another item that they packed and shipped. It arrived broken. luckily, 1st Dibs' insurance policy, covered the losses. The next week I brought them a $1250.00 ceramic planter that they packed and shipped. It arrived broken. Three items in a row broke!! Unfortunately for me, 1st Dibs said they would no longer pay since there were to many claims. They advised me not to use this UPS store. My only option was to file a claim with UPS, which I did. A few weeks later UPS denied my claim because they deemed it improper packaging. For a year now I've been trying to get a refund for the broken planter with no avail. At first I thought Shalmi was sincere, but i now realize he was just appeasing me , hoping I'd eventually go away. A month ago, I went one more time to see if Shalmi was going to refund my money for the broken planter. He offered me a few free packing fees instead. I figured it was better than nothing. So the next week I dropped off a pair of mirrors. Guess what? One mirror arrived broken! I give up. This has been going on for a year, being brushed off, no phone calls returned, he never even reimbursed me for the exorbitant packing fees of the broken items!! Hopefully I'll have better luck in small claims court.

An older lady and a gentleman and none of them greeted the costumers when we walked in.... and not a "thank you" neither when I was done with my transaction. very rude service! It felt like they were bothered because I walked in and requested to ship a box. Does UPS train their staff before placing them behind the counter? I have been to other UPS stores and their staff are friendly, attentive and helpful!
