The people who work here now are friendly and helpful. I chose to use another post office in the past because of multiple negative experiences. In a recent phone call, I was asking about a package I hadn't received and the person took the time to look up my tracking number and investigate why my package hadn't been received. She stated there would be a follow up call after the reason for the delay was determined. There was no negativity associated with this interaction as there had been previously and I'm grateful for that. Go anywhere else but here Mimi is the rudest person there every single time she snaps at you as soon as you walk in. I cannot believe they would even allow someone to talk to customers that way. She needs to find another job because clearly she's miserable in her current position. read more

My water bill was sent back to the water authority today - due tomorrow. Good thing I checked with the water company and paid it yesterday to avoid late charges. The water authority called today ---- my invoice was sent back to them marked undeliverable. My correct address was on the envelope. I can see why people are paying on line. It has been years since I've had to actually walk into a post office. But I had to help my daughter ship some items she had sold online. I'm not current on everything they have to make shipping easier so I went online before I actually went. Me and my 15 year old daughter walked in And no one was at the desk. 30 secs later an African American woman with long braids( I apologize for my description, but I didn't see her name) Came to the desk. Sh was rude from the absolute start. Rude but clearly wanting to to minimal customer service. Her attitude was terrible. i kept a very, very polite demeanor , and just double checked with my kid that we were putting the right shipping labels on the right packages. She rolled her eyes the entire time I was trying to confirm with my daughter, and finally at the end of the transaction she immediately and sarcastically said "have a great day ok bye bye". And walked away before I could even say thank you. I was afraid to leave this review because I thought she might mess with my daughter's packages if I left it too soon. So I waited until the packages tracking said they were in Philly. This is absolutely ridiculous. The post office had no other customers and it was like we were bothering her. This lady should 100% be fired. I have read other reviews and they all sound like they are about the same person. USPS fire this lady at once. There are many other people that would treat customers with respect and be sooo grateful for a good job. read more

This is the nicest post office! The service is friendly, courteous and the staff go out of their way to help you. When I say out of their way to help, I mean they go above and beyond the ordinary "courteous " service. Mimi always makes you feel like a guest in her home that she wants to please. Darren is awesome. Service is great for mail, package delivery and pickup, passport information and submission. I am so lucky to have this as my post office.
