I ship packages a lot back home in Los Angeles and when I drop off boxes the workers aren't…read moreparticularly happy but they're nowhere near as rude and mean as the blonde haired lady with glasses I met today at usps in sinking spring,PA. Before I even approached the counter she got upset at the way my box looked. It was perfectly fine, just had some extra tape in places to keep in secured and closed. Then asked if it was for poshmark (which it was) and got even more upset. Once it was my turn to give her my package she weighed it (it was too heavy for the label I had purchased, whoops) and said I can't ship this and threw my package off the scale and onto the counter. I mean not picked it up but threw it. Seriously if my boyfriend wasn't there I would've been tempted to give her a good California welcome haha. But yeah take it from me, go somewhere else!!! Or you'll be put in a crappy mood by this very rude and miserable lady.

It is not often that I ever send out packages. When I do I also have a preprinted label already on the package. I had a box that needed to be returned to a seller that was sent to me by mistake. I was able to reuse the box it was sent to me in. When I arrived at the post office the lady behind the counter immediately got all worked up because my package was "incorrect". She commented that the label shouldn't be in that specific box. It annoyed me as it was the box that was used to ship the item to me to begin with. I'm not going to purchase a new box to ship something that was sent to me by mistake. The attitude and utter disrespect from this employee was completely uncalled for. I would suggest my fellow neighbors to just off the item and keep rolling. It's not worth asking the staff questions if they aren't going to help with pleasure. No one deserves that kind of attitude early in the morning.

Had something shipped to me by them from a 3rd party I purchased it from so I had no choice in the…read morematter. The shipping charge was literally three times the UPS or USPS counter rate. When I asked how it could be so expensive, they were extremely rude. I ship thousands of items per year and know what materials cost. This place is a straight rip off when they know you have no other choice. Triple the retail UPS price? Unbelievable. As a re-seller, I'm now going to lose a ton of money on these items.
