I feel like it's pretty easy to dunk on the post office in general, but this place has genuinely speedy service. Only been here a couple times but long may the fast service continue :-) read more

ESSENTIAL WORKERS...My hats off to EVERYONE that works for the Post Office in these challenging times! Thank you for everything you do! I know how hard you work each day as well as how long your day is! Stay safe and remember...you can't please everyone! If they had to walk a mile in your shoes they'd be at home hugging their teddybear crying! read more

Overall, decent. No passport services here so the line won't be as clogged as it is at N 13th St. Tips to avoid line: *12-4pm-ish- there is a staffed point-of-sale booth set up in the lobby on most weekdays. You can pay for shipping there if using a card or get drop-off receipts for prepaid packages. The booth attendant can also retrieve letters/parcels if you have a pickup slip. *24/7- Use the self-service kiosk to buy stamps or ship packages if paying with a card. One issue with this location is that they don't have parcel lockers. So if you receive a package to your PO Box and it doesn't fit, you can only pick it up during business hours. read more

As wonderful as our postal service is in the USA, things have changed. Approximately two years ago, they started to deliver my mail at 6pm. This means that on a Saturday evening while I am preparing to sit down to a meal, I get a boat load of mail. This mail ends up sitting on the table until I can go through it on Monday morning. I wish they wouldn't deliver mail on a Saturday or go back to the noon time delivery I use to get. In addition, I asked our new mailman to use the sidewalks when coming from my neighbors to my front door because we are trying to grow grass. He continues to walk on the grass although on a more circuitous route. I also use to order stamps in the mail. It was free delivery but now costs money. read more

They mess up our hold mail every single time we use it. So frustrating. They either deliver in the middle of the hold or not deliver it on the day requested at the end of the hold. read more

A smaller post office typically with only one or two people working at any given time. I have a PO box here and if I go at the wrong time to pick up packages, I will wait for 10-15 minutes to get through the line. The desk usually has one person working with another wandering around not helping customers (who knows what's going on) and a line out the door. Come early to avoid the waits! read more

I go to this post office almost every week and I've always had poor customer service and a 10-15 minute wait. The employees clearly don't want to be there and are always rude. I always give a friendly hello and rarely get a response. There was a mix up in postage today and the worker told me she "wasn't in the mood to deal with it" and rolled her eyes at me. Unfortunately I will have to continue going here because it is the closest post office to me but I wish my day didn't have to get ruined every time I went. Consider new employees, please. read more

Before I even approached the counter she got upset at the way my box looked. It was perfectly fine, just had some extra tape in places to keep in secured and closed. Then asked if it was for poshmark (which it was) and got even more upset. Once it was my turn to give her my package she weighed it (it was too heavy for the label I had purchased, whoops) and said I can't ship this and threw my package off the scale and onto the counter. I mean not picked it up but threw it. Seriously if my boyfriend wasn't there I would've been tempted to give her a good California welcome haha. But yeah take it from me, go somewhere else!!! It is not often that I ever send out packages. When I do I also have a preprinted label already on the package. I had a box that needed to be returned to a seller that was sent to me by mistake. I was able to reuse the box it was sent to me in. When I arrived at the post office the lady behind the counter immediately got all worked up because my package was "incorrect". She commented that the label shouldn't be in that specific box. It annoyed me as it was the box that was used to ship the item to me to begin with. I'm not going to purchase a new box to ship something that was sent to me by mistake. The attitude and utter disrespect from this employee was completely uncalled for. I would suggest my fellow neighbors to just off the item and keep rolling. It's not worth asking the staff questions if they aren't going to help with pleasure. No one deserves that kind of attitude early in the morning.
