There was an old black-and-white hazardous materials marking from previous use, unrelated to my shipment. I fully understood the concern and was willing to remove it immediately. However, employees Rory and Gracie refused to provide even basic assistance when I asked for scissors. After I explained that the package contained shampoo (not hazardous materials), I was still told they would not accept my shipment even if I removed the old label. I was told the only option was to buy a new FedEx box or place my current box inside another box purchased from them. As a result, I had to go back to my car, spend extra time removing the label myself, and return again -- wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress.
