When my husband couldn't remember my phone number (because it's programmed in his phone) Steve said f**k off man and hung up. Steve, look at your text messages from July 8th. That's when you confirmed our appointment and received our address. This all could have been resolved but you lost it. Then you told my daughter you would call the police if we called you. One of the reasons my mom likes this post office is because they have a noon mail pick-up. But that's because this post office closes at noon; it isn't busy enough to justify being open all day. We asked thrm for a quote to negotiate our purchase and they gave us the run around for almost two full weeks (one person said we had to pay for the engineer to come out tobget a quote, another said they could just give us a ballpark estimate quickly). I finally spoke to the owner, Jim, who said he would send us a "range". After saying that, we were completely ghosted by them. They did not return calls or emails and we never got an estimate. They cost us about three weeks in our purchase process.
