Chris Grubb is very accommodating and responsive to requests or to answer questions. He oversees the entire program, keeping in compliance and maintaining a safe environment for the children . He is particularly wonderful with the kids. There are always fun activities going on that the kids can choose from. The beautiful big gym with the new floor is great for the kids to exercise in when it is too cold to go outside to the playground at the center or around the corner at the Malta Ave school. The staff is medication certified which is also a great asset for children, like my son, who need routine medications. BACC is close to downtown so on special occasions or "adventure days" Chris and the staff organize walking trips for ice cream or pizza. I can't say enough good about the program. We asked thrm for a quote to negotiate our purchase and they gave us the run around for almost two full weeks (one person said we had to pay for the engineer to come out tobget a quote, another said they could just give us a ballpark estimate quickly). I finally spoke to the owner, Jim, who said he would send us a "range". After saying that, we were completely ghosted by them. They did not return calls or emails and we never got an estimate. They cost us about three weeks in our purchase process.
