She, right there worked on the computer for maybe 5-10 minutes, then explained what she had done, which was returning my laptop to complete functionality and charged me 0$. My touch pad, which I had been using for 5 years wasn't acting right and she gave me one of 2 choices, replace the touch pad which would cost much more than just getting a mouse. I chose the latter. I walked out of the store in 15 minutes with a fully functioning computer and only paying for the mouse, which she took out and made sure I could use it correctly before I left. I messaged them on a weekend when they were aready closed about my daughter's cracked macbook screen, Byrom got back to me right away telling me he would be happy to make the repair. I paid for the screen the next day, dropped off the computer Monday, and picked it up Tuesday. It was like new. They charged approximately half the price other places had quoted.
