A quick search yielded these guys who were along our route, and we made the quick stop. And were the first ones there when the doors opened that morning. Don't let the location or look of the shop fool you, these guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They had a pretty good product selection - I got my used iPhone 7 at a good price (it looked almost brand new). And the counter guy even helped me switch SIM cards, and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction. We were in and out in 20 minutes, and continued along our drive without missing a beat. Sadly, we don't live nearby or I would be a more frequent customer. If you live in the area, then this should be on your list of handy resources for your cell and tablet needs. Keep up the good work guys.

Not long before closing up shop sometime in March 2019, I had my iPhone battery replaced. It was $79.99. Within a month, something in my phone starts rattling around. A short time after that the phone had issues accepting the power to the form the lightening cable. I called Phone Wizard who I discovered had gone belly-up. So I took it elsewhere. These folks opened up my phone and told me the following: "Your battery is is barely connected by a tiny power cord to the rest of the phone. That's what rattling around. Also, whoever put the battery in gave you a used battery that was literally glued in place." Totally unacceptable. I had to pay $60 for another (new) battery because the good folks at Phone Wizard seemingly had at best had no clue what they were doing, or at worst willfully screwed me over. Shame on these people and their business practices.

Dave…read morenot only has the apparent high levels of expertise and professionalism, as others have mentioned repeatedly, but he clearly understands that building good business means building and maintaining good relationships. Dave demonstrates this understanding through, first of all, outstanding communication. He is extremely responsive and upfront regarding next steps and potential costs after first listening very carefully to your computer issues/needs and then thoroughly assessing accordingly. My particular recent computer issue warranted a one-on-one session at my home, so that we could further clarify and better/more quickly resolve the problem. Throughout that entire time Dave clearly explained every move, provided extra tips and insights for the future, and so very patiently answered any questions I had, regardless of how basic and even welcomed new ones; In other words, he's a teacher, as well! Secondly, Dave shows a genuine interest in his clients, without being intrusive or gratuitous. This is a man whose business is not simply computers, but rather PEOPLE with computers. Finally, his rates are fair and reasonable. Bottom line: You can trust Dave, count on him to respond (regardless of how busy he is), and you will actually enjoy and learn from your interaction with him....all leading to the beginning of a new and beautiful, professional relationship!

Tara was at the desk, I had to admit I knew nothing about computers and shared the lap top symptoms. She, right there worked on the computer for maybe 5-10 minutes, then explained what she had done, which was returning my laptop to complete functionality and charged me 0$. My touch pad, which I had been using for 5 years wasn't acting right and she gave me one of 2 choices, replace the touch pad which would cost much more than just getting a mouse. I chose the latter. I walked out of the store in 15 minutes with a fully functioning computer and only paying for the mouse, which she took out and made sure I could use it correctly before I left. I will be back... hopefully just not too soon. LOL

Steve didn't recall any of it after my husband told him specific info about the conversation. When my husband couldn't remember my phone number (because it's programmed in his phone) Steve said f**k off man and hung up. Steve, look at your text messages from July 8th.
