I called them and they're having a hard time. Finding a technician what I give them three more days. In the meantime my TV is sitting in the middle of my living room floor, my old TV, which does not work anymore. Is on on the wall mount. I 'm looking for someone in the area to mount my TV on the wall and hello Tek can just go jump in the lake. I want my money back.

I needed a TV dismounted from the wall since I was moving - I put in the request 5 days in advance, they ask for 2 or 3. On the 3rd day they call to say they were having difficulty finding someone for the time slot I requested and could I be flexible. I said yes since I really need them to come. The day before the service, still no word. I called and was told they would turn the call over to a dispatcher and someone would call me that day. How do you say RADIO SILENCE? Later in the day and less than 24 hours before the scheduled service I call and get the same answer. After I kept saying What am I suppose to do since it sounds like you don't have anyone. They at least committed to a dispatcher calling me before the end of the day (it was 9:00 EST).... really?! It is the end of the day. Of course no one called me back. In the mean time I scheduled Geek Squad for $20 more than HT was going to charge me. It was worth the $20 knowing someone would show up. I got an email later on the day the service was suppose to be scheduled saying my appointment was cancelled. Unbelievable - drop the mic! Oh, their operators have terrible English speaking skills, I could barely understand them.

Tara was at the desk, I had to admit I knew nothing about computers and shared the lap top symptoms. She, right there worked on the computer for maybe 5-10 minutes, then explained what she had done, which was returning my laptop to complete functionality and charged me 0$. My touch pad, which I had been using for 5 years wasn't acting right and she gave me one of 2 choices, replace the touch pad which would cost much more than just getting a mouse. I chose the latter. I walked out of the store in 15 minutes with a fully functioning computer and only paying for the mouse, which she took out and made sure I could use it correctly before I left. I will be back... hopefully just not too soon. LOL

The service I received was the most professional service I've received in Glens Falls in any industry let alone the computer care industry. The customer service was exceptional, the explanation and review of options were well explained, and the after-service followups showed you that the company cares about its products and services. Even with a few extra questions and concerns, he was more than happy to answer them for me. I can't recommended LGB Computers enough. Larry and his staff will treat you more than fair and you can have confidence that the job will be done right.
