The line is sometimes hours long and no one cares. Typical government office BS of ignoring the public they are supposed to serve.

longest lines ever. I'm done. They can send all packages back to the sender. Not wasting my afternoon standing in line.

Most of the staff is rude and/or incompetent. Inside of building is filthy, trash is never emptied. Wish I would've taken a pic!

If at all possible never use Fed Ex, they can never find my house. If UPS can why can't they?…read more I ordered a new phone from Verizon with an over night shipping. two days later I called Fed Ex and inquired filed a claim and waited. After 4 days I called again and was told that could not locate my package and were not sure where it was. I could have called Verizon and ordered another but I wanted to see how far this would go. Six days later I called again and spoke to a corporate official, I was told they were very sorry but they could not locate my item and it would be best to order another one from Verizon. That after noon i went to the hub to pick up another item I had ordered and got to talking to the lady at the counter I told her my story and she was not surprised at all. A Driver overheard my conversation and asked where it was coming from. I told him and let me know that the central part of the country had been hit with a huge snow storm and the distribution center was locked down and mass confusion was happening there because packages were piling up. I thanked him for his forthcoming information and we both agreed that FedEx Corp's were clueless. Why didn't the people I spoke to just tell me what I had to learn from a driver? Why did Fed Ex chose not to admit they were having issues with deliveries because of inclement weather? Why did I have to learn this from a Driver? Once again the working stiff is the one who knows more than the pencil pushers. Very sad! One week after we received the replacement phone, we got a call from a lady in Texas asking if we were missing a package. After we verified our address with her I asked here what it was so she opened it. It was a phone. She lived in Central Texas, we live in Southern Colorado our addresses are nothing alike. I repeat, NEVER USE FED EX if you can help it!

Garbage service! Horrible! They are costing my brother's business money. He is successful at his business and this behavior is thoroughly unacceptable. This behavior is intentional and must be corrected by FedEx.

They are so sweet and friendly. It sounds crazy, but I don't even mind waiting in line.read more

After living in Durango for 2 years I am revising my review from 5 stars to 1. It is not about the…read morevery nice employees, and they are. It's about the breakdown of service. I have a friend who has sent me 3 packages in the last 6 months that vanished into the ether. He never got them back. they have never been found. My neighbor has had to to in to get her packages found,. which I cannot do. I mailed a letter to Birmingham England, and it ended up in Birmingham Alabama, as undeliverable. I get about half the mail that shows on my Informed delivery. You can mail a letter to your neighbor, and it first has to go to Albuquerque, then comes back. I know that the post office in general is failing, but a lot of these problems are local, including a steadfast refusal to answer their phone. I have tried for 6 months now to call the Durango post office and their policy is to never answer, any time of day, any day. One has to physically go in to search for missing mail. I am disabled and cannot jump in the car and drive over there. I have complained at the National level twice to no avail. All our carriers seem to be temps. Everyone in my building helps each other out, because we all often get each others' mail, or it is left on the counter in the mail room. I have been receiving the former tenant's mail now since 2024, despite multiple notes and filling out a form on the USPS site.
