I was staying in Pagosa Springs that night and began calling all of the printing services in the area. It was already 3:30pm and I was in a panic. I went into Just Click and let him know what I needed, which amounted to about 500 copies, some double-sided and some single. Kevin saved me that day by working on my project while eating his lunch while I ran to Walmart to get other supplies I needed. I was so grateful for his kindness, understanding, and professionalism. The price was super reasonable also. Thank you Kevin!

So Inter-Mountain feels entitled to drive its giant, heavy truck onto my (already-damaged!!) driveway to fill my neighbor's propane tank. I complained the first time I saw it happen, and I was ASSURED that it would not happen again. Well, guess what? It just happened again. See for yourself. I used to love this laundromat when the previous owner owned it. It was kept meticulously clean and…read moreI was always assured a working washer and dryer. That has all changed since the new owners have purchased it. It is apparent that their new priority is now on their linen supply to vacation rentals and the maintenance of the laundry washers and dryers "is the lowest thing on their list of priorities". Over the past month(s), I have witnessed a steady decline in working washers. Out of all the washers, only about 75% of them did not have an 'out of order' sign on them, during my last visit. I would have given this review a 1-star rating, except for the attendant lady who struggles to keep the place clean and clutter-free. She is constantly picking up and wiping out washers & dryers for pet hair and debris. All while trying to keep a positive attitude in a declining environment. Update: It has been 1 month since I posted my first review. As you can see from my recent photos, the same washers have still not been repaired! Out of 20 washers, 5 of them are out of order! This should not be stood for. Post your reviews and make the owners take ownership for their negligence!

She then figured out that we had booked the same date, but a month earlier. (Our mistake). She graciously allowed us to used the reservation for the current day with no problems. Not all places would be so understanding and accommodating - excellent customer service! She made sure we knew how to get to the place we planned to snow tube at, and was just so helpful in general. The two snow tubes we rented were high quality, and in excellent condition. Our family of 5 enjoyed our day snow tubing in Wolf Creek Pass thanks to Pagosa Mountain Sports!

These guys are awesome…read more Came in to rent a bike late on Monday night to return early on Thursday morning. Now, they could've charged me for 3 or 4 days, depending on how they wanted to do it, but they reasoned that I was only really taking the bike for two days, so they only charged me for those days. Then I went and broke my wrist on Tuesday, so biking was out of the question. Brought the bike back on Wednesday and noted that I wasn't going to be riding it any more given my wrist condition. Again, they could have kept the charge for Wednesday, and I wouldn't have blamed them, but they refunded it instead. This is the sort of thing that differentiates great customer service from normal customer service. When you can account for quirky things in reasonable ways even when it's not expected - like a two day rental that is sort of (but not really) spread over four days or a two day rental that gets cut short for some silly reason, like a broken wrist - that's the sort of flexibility that distinguishes the by-the-book folks from the businesses that I want to deal with again. And when I come back to Pagosa Springs, I'll definitely be renting a bike from these guys. (The bike was nice as well, at least on the one ride that I was able to take before breaking my wrist. Hiking on a trail, not on their bike, BTW.)
