I would say one of the only drawbacks is that you can't call them to ask questions; their phone goes straight to voicemail with the option to leave a message. I tried calling to verify that the notary was onsite during the advertised hours, but the phone was disconnected. I happened to be driving by the store later that day and noticed that they were opened so I stopped in to inquire see if the notary was in and the clerk stated that he was also waiting for them to show up. Not a great way to run a business in these times. The place was kind of run down and there were loud music videos playing on a television, but they are open. I didn't go there for anything other than notary services, so I'm not sure on their pricing. Two-Stars because the clerk was very friendly and apologetic.

Strongly suggest getting a dump trailer and dumping your own trash BI weekly because they missed ours 3 weeks in a row and we had to make a run to the dump anyways. Lady told me no one is going to discount you so it didn't matter who you talk to. My trash also wasn't picked up today that's why I called and their excuse was their truck is having issues. Heard this excuse multiple times. $75 for 2 months is a great deal if they picked up every week. I'd pay $100 for 2 months If they did their job they are contracted to do. Rant over. If they discounted our last month there would have been no negative review but their customer service is poor. Lady said she understands but didn't do anything about it.

The clerks are very attentive, very caring, and they understand packing and shipping. I took jewelry and antiques here to be shipped half way across the country. Central Valley Water Restoration SAVED MY HOME. I genuinely have no words for how grateful I am…read more Tico and his team are incredibly special human beings, and I will forever be grateful. On Tuesday night at 10 PM I walked into my father's home after 1.5 weeks of being away and my dad away on Hospice dying to a massive flood caused by the refrigerator. I panicked and ran toward the refrigerator and fell so hard... I didn't know what to do so I took a photo of the leak and I input it on ChatGPT and CVWR was the first company it recommended. I called it and Tico picked up. He could hear the distress in my voice and in 30 minutes he and his entire team were at my home saving it. They cleared out all the water and the entire downstairs. This job was not an ordinary job, even though leaks are not ordinary... but there's a hoarding situation going on and my dad's home and they had to move so much out. They worked till very late and were beyond professional and empathetic toward my situation. They then left multiple dehumidifiers and air scrubbers for days to help stop the mold growth and dry out my house. Their team does everything from mitigation to reconstruction. Every question I asked, Tico answered in detail and I completely trusted him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about insurance and has a good working relationship with my insurance adjuster. There really are no words for how incredible this team is, and I would recommend them till the day I die. I've been having an extremely hard time in life so being treated with empathy and kindness during this time has is just above and beyond.
