I happened to be driving by the store later that day and noticed that they were opened so I stopped in to inquire see if the notary was in and the clerk stated that he was also waiting for them to show up. Not a great way to run a business in these times. The place was kind of run down and there were loud music videos playing on a television, but they are open. On Tuesday night at 10 PM I walked into my father's home after 1.5 weeks of being away and my dad away on Hospice dying to a massive flood caused by the refrigerator. I panicked and ran toward the refrigerator and fell so hard... I didn't know what to do so I took a photo of the leak and I input it on ChatGPT and CVWR was the first company it recommended. I called it and Tico picked up. He could hear the distress in my voice and in 30 minutes he and his entire team were at my home saving it. They cleared out all the water and the entire downstairs. This job was not an ordinary job, even though leaks are not ordinary... but there's a hoarding situation going on and my dad's home and they had to move so much out. They worked till very late and were beyond professional and empathetic toward my situation. They then left multiple dehumidifiers and air scrubbers for days to help stop the mold growth and dry out my house. Their team does everything from mitigation to reconstruction. Every question I asked, Tico answered in detail and I completely trusted him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about insurance and has a good working relationship with my insurance adjuster. There really are no words for how incredible this team is, and I would recommend them till the day I die. In 2026, My entire home was flooded from a underground water pipe while I was out of state for 2-3 weeks. This was a huge, massive job. 3 bedroom, 2 baths. Mold was everywhere when I walked into my home from my flight. Central Valley Water Restoration did it ALL in a little over 3 months! That is nearly impossible! They worked day & night and on weekends! People staying at my hotel had been waiting for over 2 years for their homes to be done, using other companies. Central Valley Water Restoration went above and beyond! They are 100% honest, not a thing stolen, they found valuables that I misplaced, or I forgot about.
