My needs were met - I needed to mail a document, but I didn't have a stamp or even an envelope at hand. So I went and got that taken care of. There was a bit of a wait, as there were only two people working at the counter, and one of them was busy helping people with passports and things like that. One of those customers was irritated (understandably) as she had come in at her appointed time to get a passport. And was informed here that the machine to take the pictures (a camera?) was broken, so she would have to go to Walgreens or somewhere to get one. There is not a Walgreens or anything for miles around here. The customer said that she had specifically come to this particular post office because it is the one that offers this service. As I went outside, I did notice that the banner in front indeed says that that service is offered here. Also outside, I observed a lady walk over to the drive-up mailboxes to put a letter in. I had seen her inside trying to do that. There is a slot to drop letters in inside. But I think it's not labeled clearly; I recall coming outside like that to mail a letter. On this visit, though, since I got the envelope and the stamp, I was able to take care of all this at the counter.

I head here every so often to mail a package or occasionally pick one up. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes they're downright silly, which I enjoy. I've never seen this post office super packed like a lot of the others I visit. Bonus that it's a fallout shelter in case dystopia really is around the corner. We submitted a new resident card, left a note for our postal worker (all of which was accepted and a return note left) We started getting SOME of our mail, but still many packages were being held at the post office (without a note left in our box, we were simply getting tracking notifications). We submitted redelivery requests which were being ignored so had to call the post office. Called immediately at opening time, and was put on hold for 15 minutes without even being asked my tracking number. They acted as if it was my fault the package was delayed at the post office....and are refusing to deliver the package unless I pick it up at the post office.
