I received a rude email from Penny Wise Printing telling me that I should know how long shipping would be and that it had only been 4 days and that I checked a bunch of buttons acknowledging and confirming; to go on the website and look at the product page...blah, blah, blah. No, that is not true. Neither one of us acknowledged or confirmed it would take over 90 days to get our order and neither one of us can see into the future. Please show me where it states production and shipping would or could take months and months and months. I do not see that on the order confirmation, by acknowledgement, or the website. You get ZERO information from this website. Just blowing smoke. Let's just say I personally did place the order. Does it even matter? I am a customer. Just answer the customer's question respectively. This is ludicrous. My assistant told me we were supposed to have the product by July 27. I don't know how much more patient we can be? They never look up or even acknowledge you or smile. They work at a snails pace and go out of their way to make everything harder for everybody. It seems to be run by the most miserable humans ever. They are super inconsistent on what they will take as far as boxes for returns or not. It just depends on whether you get someone in a good mood or not which is almost never. Customer service is nonexistent and they will charge you for absolutely anything they can. Seems like management has no desire to make any changes to better their service.
