He very politely (aren't all Canadians polite?) explained that not only is this bridge for non-commercial traffic, it is also limited to only NEXUS card holders. You won't wander more than 2 minutes until someone realizes you need help. However the store is pretty small and you should be able to find what you're looking for in 2 minutes. Plus they're only a few minutes from the Rainbow Bridge border crossing, and if you forgot to pick up some US cash, there's an exchange kiosk just before the border crossing. I tend to pick up multiple shipments at one time since they don't charge more to hang onto parcels for a couple of months. Plenty of time for things to arrive. Just be aware of the days open (I believe it 's only 3 or 4 days a week now, closing times and lunch hour so you can time your arrival accordingly. Hours and days are posted on their website.
