Not really any seats for waiting. The staff is nice. Very friendly. The actual appointment is very quick. Once he verified the paperwork and paid with checks, everything was on its way to US dept of states. We got text/email 2 days later saying it's in process. Very convenient.

Also, I kind of hate the parking lot. I think the land is cursed or something. There are ample spots, but it can be tricky (harrowing) to pull in and out of the lot.

The counter area is smaller. In there they have counter top with different forms. Also they have the shipping items like tape, envelopes and boxes for purchase. There was one person working at the store. He had some sort of argument going on with a customer who gave him a $100 bill. He was annoyed that she tool all the change the PO had, loool!!!! He kept arguing with the lady while taking care of next set of customers including handling our letter. But the letter was pretty cheap to mail, we used an international stamp that was good enough.

They are working with passports, birth certificates, handing forms back and forth, who knows what. They were there when I got there and I was there for 15 minutes (legit no exaggeration) waiting to simply hand in a prepaid, prelabeled package. Meanwhile the counter woman would disappear in the back, stroll back out, absolutely no sense of urgency as the line built. Not even an acknowledgment of 'I'll be right with you' or even a glance. When I left there were 7 people on a line that hadn't moved. PS it wasn't the family's fault. It was the Post Office's.

This UPS store recently moved to this new standalone location, just few doors from its previous…read morelocation in the plaza. Seems like the still renovation is going on as the floor is unfinished. But parking is much easier here, lots of spots in front and back of the store. I came to the store to drop off a package. An associate quickly scanner the QR code and put the label on the box. I got the confirmation receipt right away. The service was great. I noticed the store also had other facilities like selling shipping goods, printing and self drop off desk.
