That "Nastyville" bully made a short line into a long waiting line because of his attitude, he lost his keys and griped about the replacement fee and blamed the staff! Whew! Other than that, this post office was ok, slightly funky, but had a greeting card kiosk, sufficient supplies, East Nashville don't play! Hours M-F 8:30-5:00, Sat 9:00-12:00

The box needed about 10 inches of tape to close the box. I asked the representative to please tape the box and attach the label. He informed me that because of DOGE he could not perform either of those tasks and directed me to buy a $4 roll of tape and do it myself. What do we, as tax payers pay these people to do? Over compensated cashiers. Terrible customer service at this location. I recommend this individual receive customer service training, learn how to treat customers and avoid political commentary while on the job working for the US Government.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this USPS location in Nashville. The clerk I worked with…read morewas unnecessarily difficult and dismissive. She made me redo my boxes three separate times. I used a white label and removed the Priority branding from the top, yet she repeatedly told me I could not send the package -- even though the exact same label was visibly hanging at the counter and is clearly used by others. When I tried to calmly point this out, she told me I "wasn't listening" and spoke down to me instead of explaining things professionally. Her tone and behavior felt judgmental from the start, and it seemed clear she simply didn't like me and decided to make the process as difficult as possible. The worst part was that she appeared to find the situation amusing, doing this in front of other customers while I became increasingly stressed. I ultimately left without being able to mail my gifts and was nearly in tears. Customer service should never feel humiliating. This experience was completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed
