He is UNDERSTANDING. He is the definition of what customer service is supposed to look like. Saturday, Maple Grove. I arrived at 12:50 PM -- closing time 1 PM. Jeremy was assisting me with Certified Mail for multiple time-sensitive government-agency documents, and he handled it with pride. The moment he realized how important those envelopes were to me, his focus and care somehow doubled. He didn't rush, roll his eyes, or make excuses -- he made sure every single detail was perfect. When I walked out, it was 1:04. The last customer in line was out of luck, right? Nope. Watch this, folks -- Jeremy, instead of saying: "A -- we're closed. B -- we don't take that..." (Golden Valley Post Office reference) Jeremy smiled and said: "Hey sir, how are ya? Come on up!" That is show-stopping customer service. And here's the thing -- this wasn't a "one-off" good day. I've been in this location many times lately, under difficult personal circumstances, and every single time Jeremy is on the clock, he shows up the same way: kind, patient, and genuine. Whether it's me or another customer, his integrity never wavers. It's not an act -- it's who he is. At a point in my life where I sometimes wonder what happened to basic decency, thank God for people like Jeremy. His consistent, unmatched kindness and work ethic restore faith in humanity. The USPS is lucky to have a man like that representing them -- hands down. With respect (and gratitude), A customer who knows how rare true professionalism is. "Consistent kindness, not coincidence -- Jeremy embodies what customer service should be."

Nayla was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful. Especially today--a VERY busy mailing day before Christmas when the lobby was packed with people--Nayla made me feel like the only person in the room and made clear that I mattered. I am grateful for her kindness and empathy during a difficult time for me and a busy holiday time for the postal service.

He started getting defensive with me asking me "So what are you saying?" "Are you saying this is the mail carriers fault?!" I told him I have to start with the mail carrier because I don't know what comes next. For 22 years our bills have been getting paid and for 22 years we have never had our mail dumped in front of our mail box, when our neighbors still had theirs and nobody else had mail on the ground in the cul-de-sac. He yelled at me and said that his mail carriers are not going to risk their job for a $20 check. Well, it wasn't a $20 check more like $200 and it had a checking account number and the other larger envelop had a SSI number. Regardless, he felt he was being attacked which was not the case and he felt he needed to act tough. I just wanted answers to why nobody had gotten back to me after I filled out a form as to what was going on and never recieved an answer. Most people working for a company do not get this defensive, then he just hung on the line and didn't say anything as I kept asking, 'Are you there?' "Hey, are you still on the phone?" after which seconds had gone by and he finally said, 'yeah'. Really absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any post office. Please start hiring those in this country that really want jobs. I have no clue where you are getting these people, but they certainly are not of the military type.

It was raining the items were in cardboard boxes, and my delivery instructions ask to deliver to my Front Door under the eve. He left them at the garage door exposed to the rain on the wet sidewalk (his own photo shows that). I spoke to him through my Ring advising him of his delivery 100% recorded. I asked why he is throwing my packages to the ground, why he is leaving them in the rain to get soaked and ruin the contents, and not following my delivery instructions as I am a member of FedEx app- asking for delivery specifics. He told me to go ahead report him and laughed as he walked away. I advised him to move my package's out of the rain onto the front step. I also said his video is being streamed so have fun looking for a new job. Blonde male approx 20-30 5'6 200 lbs. see video if I can add it. What an unprofessional non-caring human! I work hard for my money and when I order an item-to have the delivery deliberately break and throw it about- uncalled for should be a crime damage to property. https://ring.com/share/b885e687-9d9e-4102-b559-a8cf5b24c1da

There was only one person who had entered after me with a package. I agreed to wait until he helped the person who came in after me since he seemed so frazzled. I ended up waiting for him to help three people who came in after me to send a package, print, and some other random task. The guy who came in with the random task was a man with a thick Spanish accent--and the UPS worker was so rude to him. Again, with apparently no customer service skills yelled at the guy that he was wasting his time, which he doesn't have time to waste, and that he wished the guy would have told him what he needed sooner. It honestly made me so uncomfortable and I only stayed because I couldn't make an appointment elsewhere. The notary was $5 but definitely not worth the UPS-created stress. 10/10 would not recommend coming to this location.

Since that time, it has become very important for receiving packages because there's too many porch pirates out in the community. So all of my packages go to this UPS store. It's fun to watch the new employees learning all of the wonderful skills that come with working at UPS. I really enjoy talking with the people at this UPS store. They are very helpful. I watch them deal with some pretty difficult orders and people and they have excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this UPS store.
