So I decided to give FedEx a try since I read online that their prices were cheaper. This location was close, so I decided to give them a whirl. Much to my surprise, the price was way BETTER than UPS. The young man and the owner helping made the entire process seamless. I was able to get both items in one box, which is a plus in my book. I had just shipped the same size box at a mail site in Phoenix all the way to Ohio for $45. I can't imagine that an extra, maybe, 5 pounds of weight, and the travel differences added that much extra money to the service!! If you need printing, shipping, shredding, notary, faxing, scanning or mailbox services, then you will be happy to stop by here. Their prices are competitive with other stores. It is a brand new store with all the bells and whistles. It is very convenient for me to drop off packages since I live in the neighborhood. Their store is in the same building as Public Storage, you can't miss it. As you head east on the causeway, it is on your right. There is ample parking in the front.

This time the sheet was over $12. I asked why the price was about double and the gentleman whose name I didn't catch didn't know. He says to a young lady, "she said she gets this all the time and the price is wrong." In turn she said it was the fee to make more than one label on the sheet. Still confused as again I have ordered this several times. A third person, a gentleman says she had to create the template so that means it's a set up fee. Each one a bit rude and seemingly over the fact that I didn't just pay and leave. The original gentleman at the counter says, "are you going to accept the terms and pay?" Agitated by the tones and way I was being handled I just paid and left. I'm always ok with paying for a service. But if as a customer I ask about a cost, please explain sure, perhaps even offer an apology and let me know that perhaps it's a new fee. Whatever the case is, the entire exchange left a horrible taste in my mouth. For reference I will attach some of my previous orders. Which shows that I patronize this establishment and as stated order the same thing most times and know what I pay. The 3 stars is because the labels are always done nicely. They have recently opened up their business and are still in the process of finishing up. They are open from 9:00 am -7:00 pm Monday-Friday, 10:00-6:00 Saturday. Closed on Sunday. They offer the following services: Packing and Shipping Computer Rental and Internet Fax Services Passport Services Office Supplies Self-Service Printing Wi-Fi Services Scanning Services Shredding Services CD/DVD Duplication Parking is in the back of the building for free. I'm so glad that they are in the neighborhood and I don't have to stand in line at Walgreen's to mail my FedEx packages anymore. It was quick and easy here. Darren was happy to help.

I sent a package and cost me well over $150.00 and was promised 3-5 days delivery it's been weeks…read moreand it never got there. They don't answer their phone when you call either. So there is no way to claim. On top of it they were rude and unhelpful when I had to seek shelter inside their store when one of their Amazon and USPS delivery people gaslighted me yelling at me when I asked the USPS driver to please move her (illegally parked) white unmarked vehicle from behind my parked car so I could get out. Suddenly The Amazon worker rushed out of her truck and over to me. I had gotten out to ask the USPS driver after three times to please move and then I decided to get the ID of the vehicle as that was my only recourse. The Amazon worker rushed at me saying I was harassing the USPS driver. I moved quickly into my car for safety but she followed me and she banged on my glass screaming at me "what is wrong with you white people" They Karenized me gaslighting the situation when they were being aggressive. When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs. Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Never set foot in this bizarre palace again - and I escalated the situation to Amazon, because this shop did nothing to palliate that the drivers that work with them bully their customers and they don't care that they block traffic for their purposes
