Both Aleigha and the lovely lady (I'm sorry I forgot to get your name too!!) working the front desk welcomed me with positivity too both when arriving and leaving. They were both dependable and knowledgeable too - I brought a list of questions Aleigha answered with ease, and was willing to ask others for help if they weren't 1000% positive, an admirable quality that told me they really wanted my experience to be an informative, confident, and positive one! They also patiently waited for me to walk back to my car and grab my plates to update them too (something I hadn't planned on even doing that day, but they encouraged me and said it'd be a breeze and no trouble at all :) ) 11/10 experience highly recommend Aleigha AND despite arriving a little over an hour before closing, they had me queued, seated, and served in less than 30 minutes - who could ask for a better surprise on a muggy Midwest summer day :)?

The front desk receptionist was very nice and directed me to the waiting room after finding out what i was there for. After that, I waited a little bit and then I was able to speak to the woman who was able to transfer my license over from another state. I was in and out within an hour. I will definitely be back to this license office in the future. I have never been in and out of a DMV office in that little of time.

She should be doing bureaucratic data entry in some basement, far from the public, who she negatively impacts daily. This woman does not make the world a better place. Everyone in the waiting room was making eyes at each other and mouthing "oh my god" as she addressed one after another customer with her nasty attitude. After meeting Clyde as he was so 'normal' and friendly, I feel kind of foolish requesting us to meet in a public place (Starbucks), but he wasn't offended when I asked. Clyde appeared professional yet friendly. I assume he knows what he is doing since he even caught an error in the closing papers but had the title company make the changes before he arrived. I don't how often I'll ever need a notary, but I will certainly recommend Clyde to friends who need one.
