This location is extremely frustrating and poorly managed. Fingerprinting is already offered at very few locations, so it is unacceptable to repeatedly advertise this service without having trained staff available. Calling ahead is useless because no one answers the phone, which makes it impossible to confirm availability before wasting another trip. Either this location needs to properly staff the services it advertises or stop claiming that fingerprinting is available. Customers should not have to make multiple unnecessary trips because employees are unavailable and the phone is consistently ignored. This facility needs serious improvement in both staffing and customer service.
