    I adore this post office! The staff is friendly and cohesive. I've had some excellent interactions lately! 5 for sure!

    Very rare to find government employees friendly and helpful, they do exist and they work here.

    This review is for the passport services. We dealt with employee Lisa. We showed up on time for a…read more10am appt and waited about 10 minutes, which was fine. We had everything ready including photos and docs, but there was an error on the application so we had to fill that out again, which took about 5 minutes (so 10:15 now). Lisa said we would need to reschedule our appt since she had another appt every 15 minutes and she didn't know how long it would take to get back to us. My wife pointed out that we were on time at 10am and if we had started on time at 10am there would have been plenty of time to get everything done in our 15 minute window. Well Lisa DID NOT like that kind of insubordination and started acting pretty nasty towards us. We were pretty frustrated but decided to wait since we were there with all the stuff and didn't want to come back. After about an hour of processing other people Lisa told us we were "lucky" she decided to fit us in. After everything was done I asked her for a copy of completed application, and she refused. I explained one might need a copy of State Department requested more info etc. I was not asking them to make a copy, just wanting to take pic on my phone so I had a record of what we submitted. No joke, Lisa said I was being an "ass." We had never raised our voice or called anyone a name during this whole thing, so her comment was pretty outrageous! So if you decide to go this post office be prepared to wait a LONG time then be cussed out for trouble.

The entire process she seemed as if she had zero clue what was going on. She would request documents I had already given her that she had lost in her own pile of papers. Completely disorganized. I left with zero confidence that it was processed correctly, and sure enough a month later I got an alert from the state department saying they were missing documents. Go somewhere else to have passports processed.

    Beyond Frustrated w/ FedEx corporate, not so much the local store…read more.. On Wed. 1/4/23 at 12:01 pm FedEx tried to deliver a package to our home in Laramie, WY. It needs a signature. No one was home; I spoke to the driver through our video doorbell. He said he would try back tomorrow. I explained that no one will be there then either so he said we can call the number on the the door tag to make other delivery arrangements. We called FedEx to arrange delivery for after 4 PM the next day. At 12:02 pm 1/5/23 the same driver tried to deliver the package again. They did not deliver the package after 4 PM as arranged. When we called to find out why it was not delivered at the time arranged, the rep. told us, "it cost extra to have it delivered after 4 PM & since we didn't make that payment they didn't do it." They acknowledged & apologized that they failed to inform us of the extra charge. They offered to let us go pick it up at their facility in Cheyenne, WY more than an hr. (in good weather) from our house. We said that is not acceptable so they said they would deliver it to the FedEx in Laramie. The same delivery driver attempted to deliver the package a 3rd time on Fri. 1/6/23 and left a "final attempt" door tag. FedEx then contacted my mother (who initiated the delivery via Amazon order). They tried to tell her it had been delivered, she said it hadn't so they said they'd call us. When a person @ Cheyenne FedEx called us, they said they would deliver it to the Laramie FedEx but that we'd have to call that location when they open (Sat. 1/7/23) to find out when it'd be available for pick up. We called the Laramie FedEx when they opened & they told us "we're more of a print shop & don't talk much to the drivers." Her system said it was "out for delivery" but she couldn't give us anymore details. Called the Cheyenne FedEx back to see if the package was gonna go to the local office or our home. They said it should be @ Laramie FedEx by "about lunchtime" and that we can call Cheyenne back if it does not show up by this afternoon...we'll see.

    So I drop off a print job...large note and large lettering on instructions with the original. Now…read morehow tough is it to come up to 500 of each....well a couple of trips...no offer to fix their screwup ... no coupon for the next job...and one customer not returning. WELL FEDEX IS JUST TOO BIG TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT IT!
