I've hired Max Carpet twice this summer. They SAVED the carpet that I thought was destroyed by renters. I was sure we were doomed to replace floors due to pet stench and stains, but their pet treatment worked like a charm and the floors looked and smelled clean and fresh. The second time they were out to clean and reseal grout and clean upholstery. One chair was particularly troublesome due to fabric type. Jeff kept at it and tried a couple treatments. I appreciate the attention to detail. Again, quality work. I struggled with the web-site appointment system but I sent a text and had an appointment scheduled almost immediately (even on a Sunday). Maximum cleaned the ceramic tile floors in my kitchen and bathroom. The results were amazing! The grout lines returned to their original color and cleanliness and the textured tile in the bathroom cleaned beautifully. Floors look clean and bright again. I needed some spot carpet cleaning including old sick dog stains as well as some traffic patterns. Maximum Carpet came in and did what I wanted and some extra very efficiently and most importantly effectively.
