We called Cowboy Glass. Was told their supplier had our needed window in stock and would be in their hands in the morning. We were pleasantly surprised when they said they would even come pick up our car. The next morning we got a call that the window was replaced and the car was on its way back to us. We can't imagine better customer service than what they provided. Everyone we talk to at Cowboy Glass was professional, courteous and caring. We felt to have our car window replaced and the car ready to hit the road within 16 hours was service well above and beyond a customer's expectations! We would highly recommend them!

When plan had to be adjusted a little, Drew communicated immediately with updated info to check in before proceding. Great job all around!

If you're looking for ANY KIND of customer service - so elsewhere. If you're looking for even a return phone call with a question, GO ELSEWHERE. We bought a propane stove from this company in 2016 and it had some recall issues. We have to say that Les/Tony were responsive to try to support the Regency Stove company's recall protocols - but after that - we can't get them to even return a phone call, much less work with us to schedule and annual maintenance call for the stove we bought from them. They still maintain a storefront but not sure how they're still in business without ANY customer service. We have been forced to go to Cheyenne for our annual maintenance needs - so sad, as we try to stay local for service requirements. Caveat: if you're looking for Customer Service - GO ELSEWHERE! they won't even return phone calls!
