We did all the work over the internet, sending a pdf for printing and charging the work to a credit card. Less than ten days later I received the 12 copies via UPS and they were perfect. Excellent full-color reproduction of the cover and perfect copy work on the interior pages; assembly of the galley was also spot on. I really could not have asked for anything else. They (Mike and Dave) gave excellent service and kept me informed all the way via e-mail.
