I arrived around lunch time and it was pretty busy but the line moved faster than any other post office I've been to, the ladies are efficient. There is free street parking and several spots in their parking lot, it is a very tight space and I'm thankful I drive a compact car. The worker that checked me out was pleasant. I was a little confused by them not placing a fragile sticker on my package although I answered yes to the fragile question. I asked and was told they don't apply a fragile sticker but I've been to other offices and they have. I'm thankful my package arrived to the recipient on time and not broken. I will continue to drive to this office for postal services while I live on this side of town.

They seem to be shorthanded most of the time & those Ladies up front Have it going on!!!!!! They KNOW their stuff & they are sweetest! I feel for them because they are having to practically run 15 jobs at one time & they do it with a smile. Thank you to all Postal Workers, no matter the position, it takes all of you to make the place run & the mail drivers/delivery, hats off to you as well, choosing that profession, knowing you would be working in extreme temperatures! I have been here for countless things over the years from pick-ups to drop offs, to claims to address updates. Never had any issues with service. The processes can be cumbersome, but that is just the government end of it. Given its size and location, this place stays busy, so there are never any "quick trips" in and out here, especially on the weekends, so give yourself time. Parking is plentiful and the overall layout inside and out is easy to navigate. Overall, decent USPS office location.

A man walked in angry yelling and rude. He had no right to be screaming at the employees all over a mask. Something we should all be wearing to keep everyone safe. Phelix and John were working today. The man was working with phelix. Phelix remained professional calm and collected. He was a true example of a wonderful employee!! John helped distract a child in line who was witnessing this outburst with profanities. Everyone in the office is wonderful.

Walking into this post office I instantly noticed the convenient automated stalls To process mail and other things.. This is in the lobby area You can also get your mail ready for shipping It's a cool area. Stepping inside the main area with the postal workers I grabbed a spot in line The postal workers Told everyone thank you for being patient This is a very nice touch "Can one of you gentlemen give this lady a hand" The postal lady said. There was and older gentleman And only me I rushed to help lift her heavy box onto the counter Happily doing so.. The postal worker thanked me And the people in the line acknowledged the feat I had no idea I would go to the post office and leave Feeling like a better citizen.. My mail needs were taken care of With excellent customer service And heading to the car in the parking lot The older gentleman stopped me To thank me.. My postal experience was legendary. Not enough words to describe this so-called--government operation…read moreP.O. box rental a must have item has climbed 1000% in just a few short years yet the building parking lot the entry doors -- lot lighting and much more need repair--yet nothing is being done. a $2.00 bag of concrete would fix the pot holes in driveway most likely a simple fix on the entry door that has been out of order for over a year. I guess our HIGH PRICED rental Boxes are paying for the HIGH DOLLAR Employee owned cars parked in Customer parking areas EVERY DAY . If you are a regular customer reading this please do as I did and post a review and also contact post-master -General -- MAYBE--JUST MAYBE a couple of results or re-actions will take place
