corporate lady over the phone was even confused on why they did that

never again...package was supposed to be delivered monday but "animal interference" my small dog was in the house so i don't know how you'd fail to deliver the package. package status changed to "will reattempt on next available day" so i'd figured they'd try again tomorrow...nope...because not even 24 has passed and they changed the status of the package again "return to sender processed" absolute clowns of a business for hiring whoever. Walked in to ask about the package because the tracking status shows it's still at that location. they weren't really sure what to do and finally pulled their manager up, asked for my info and said he'd check with the deliver driver what happened and give me a call that same day...but NEVER DID. asked a friend who works at the shipping department of a store because he uses all the shipping companies like fedex, ups, usps, etc. and told me that usps specifically will NEVER actually re attempt to deliver the package they mark to re attempt... never using usps...what should have been a one week delivery is now taking a month+, will have to email the company to resend the package but with a different shipping company. let the company know so hopefully they won't be shipping out with usps as much anymore. also ended up calling usps 1-800 office number (not la puente location, corporate number) to notify them of the issue. lady over the phone was great and was even confused herself how it went from "out for delivery" to "returned to sender" in less than 24hours, said usually they're supposed to reattempt the delivery and can hold the package at the location (la puente usps) for a couple days to figure out what the buyer what's to do with the package. but instead went ahead and gave themselves the green light to return. *october 27, 2025 @7:01am- "out for delivery " *october 27, 2025 @1:43pm-"delivery exception, animal interference" *october 28, 2025 @8:17am "returned to sender processed" from "delivery exception" to "returned to sender" 19hours has passed...not even a whole day...and it went to "returned to sender" corporate lady over the phone was even confused on why they did that. guess they'll hire anybody at la puente usps office. no need to worry about day drinking or doing drugs on the job they don't seem to care too much, they'd probably prefer that. more packages you lose the faster you get that manager position. 1.how you you fail to deliver "animal interference" when the little dog is behind doors...you planning to come into the house? or if it's a random parson walking their dog down the sidewalk wait 15...30... seconds for them to pass before getting out if you're that scared. 2. changed to "will re-attempt on next available day" but not even 19hours from EXPECTED DELIVERY has passed and all of a sudden it changed to "return to sender"... clowns in a circus...

This post office is always quite busy but when the employees see the line they immediately bring more people out to help the customers! Marti is always so nice and helpful. She has helped me several times and she is always so personable. I request certain service and she will say well maybe you want to sent it this way. I really appreciate the fact that she knows her job and does it well by helping out her Costomer's.

Amazing post office, great customer service. Susan helped me out with my packages, she's is the best! I left the "Hub" post office off of Gale after the man was super rude to me. The Kiosk kept on crashing. So I went to him to manually mail out my packages. He was rude and didn't want to work. I left and came here. So glad I did. You can tell susan loves her job. She is super attentive and kind. Great energy, she also taped some of my boxes to ensure they didn't open during transit. She made my day better. Greeted with a warm smile and very kind. Thank you so much Susan! You're the best!!

Spectrum advised me to show them the QR codes and the shipping center would pack, label and send my products back. To start, I walk in and see staff just walking around and some just talking to each other. I'm standing in line with six employees present at the store, all of them refusing to offer help. There was one person at the counter helping someone else. So i figured I would just wait. A young lady that happened to walk in and get in line behind me, and an older asian employee Immediately ran to a register and called her over to help her. The lady said but He was here first pointing to me. I advised him I've been waiting. His face turned to disgust and He proceeded to chastise me because I was waiting to close in line, which I have no clue what that meant. I showed him the QR codes and advised him what I was advised from spectrum. He says they don't do that there they don't package items. Huh??? That is exactly what the store is for. I would've been good with him just advise me but rather he's talking down to me and rude like I'm wasting his time. He was no help at all and I honestly can't fathom how FedEx offices operate with staff like this. The employee was Bernard. older asian with glasses

Only have had to return Amazon items so they'll scan your barcode and print you a receipt. 4.5/5 Parking Parking is available jusy not right by the door unless you have a handicap placard is the AMC is in the same shopping center. I had to send some medication to my parents in seoul...went to UPS and received a quote of $150+. After fainting from sticker shock, I told the UPS guy "no thanks". Searched around and saw this place. I was given a price of $10. 11000 ₩. Whatever the currency, it was a helluva deal. Max (the friendly worker) helped me with the paperwork, and told me it'd take about 3-4 days which is crazy fast. USPS or UPS would take at least a week. After a few days, my parents confirmed receipt. If I recall, the initial charge for 1 lb. is $10 then $2 per lb. after that. I was so happy with my experience with Max that I went back a few weeks later to send something to Busan. 5lbs for $17. Wow. Important FYI's - the worker doesn't speak English well so bring an acquaintance who knows korean. Also, know the recipient's tracking/account info which is given to them by the Korean postal service. Also, hours can be off but apparently he lives close by and he can come to the shop in 20-30 mins. I recommend calling ahead of time. He even agreed to open on a Sunday to help me. This place is a bit hard to find. It's located in the the corner about a 2-3 doors to the RIGHT of the poultry store or about 3-4 doors to the RIGHT of New Garden. Highly highly recommend and will definitely be using Max and his services again if I need to send anything to Korea.
