This is the post office that delivers my packages and mail, I made a complaint with them because they supposedly delivered a package to me from eBay.it has been 6 months and they haven't done anything to investigate what happened to my package. I told the customer service girl that I got a message said it was delivered but there was no package in the my mailbox. I told her I have video of the mailman delivering Mail but no package that day. Been tracking an order online. Was suppose to be delivered by FedEx but the postal office delivered. My first thought when seeing that shouldn't be "Aw nooo". This postal office is the worst with delivering mail which is inevitable if you live in LP. Went in to see what happened. Apparently the package was delivered to the wrong address. But get this, it was NOWHERE NEAR the same numbers as MY address. TF!? Spoke with Ardo who is the "supervisor". Explained to me that there is new guys there all the time and he must've not checked the address..... TF #2!? He was very chilant about this, like no biggie. THIS IS A PACKAGE I PAID FOR, HARD EARNED MONEY IN HOPES THAT MY POSTAL OFFICE CAN DO ITS JOB AND DELIVER TO ME. Basically told me that the mail person will go to that house it delivered my package to and if, IF, they give it back they will deliver to me. If not I would have to call the place my package came from to get a refund or see if I can get a replacement... TF #3!????? I need to know if I can report this postal office. No stars should be an option. This has to be my lowest ranking review. I have been tracking a package coming from overseas. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It was "in transit" The mail man came by to drop off our regular mail. No package whatsoever. Nor did he try to knock on our door/ring the doorbell. I get a notification from USPS tracking at like 11:51pm saying there were no updates on my package. Tried calling during their office hours..phone lines were busy. I have read reviews from this place and now it seems sketchy. I will be upset if I don't get my package within the next couple of days or if they say they "lost" it. Seems to be happening to a lot of people. Update: 9/4 I actually got ahold of someone named Nicole on the phone around like 10:00am She told me that the package might be at the Rowland heights post office. She called them and told me they didn't have it. She called the mail carrier to see if it was on his truck. He never picked up so she left him a message. She told me that she would call back to follow up. She never did. 140pm I show up at the post office. Lady at the front desk says it's probably at Rowland heights post office. I told her what happened this morning. Yet she insisted to call them. They still didn't have it. So she called their manager, Anthony. 220pm He finally shows up. I once again have to explain what's going on He insists to call Rowland heights post office as well. Same answer. They don't have it. He calls the mail carrier. Still not on the truck. He says I'll have to call back tomorrow to follow up. Or he will give me a call back. I told him their phone lines are always busy. I even called their number right in front of him, when no one was using the phone, line was still busy!!! He had no comment about it 9/6 I never got a call back from them. Yesterday 9/5 I tried calling, but of course. Line was busy. Still trying to call them but no luck. I have never had a problem like this before and it's ridiculous! *Please read all updates* Recently my tracked package worth $900 requiring a signature was forged and I have never received the package. There are 2 possibilities. Either the postman signed it and took the package for himself or it was misdelivered and the recipient stole my package. No one in my home has it. I have filed an investigation at this location and so far had no success. It's taken them days and they haven't located the driver? Seems my investigation file is thrown in a pile of lost paperwork. If these guys have a criminal in the department, anyone in the Hacienda Heights or La Puente areas can expect their INSURED packages to be STOLEN. It could be a matter of time before things get REALLY UGLY. Update 6/26: Called the manager of the post office. They got hold of the driver. It seems the driver conveniently forgot who he gave the package to. I know my neighbors are good people and would return a misdelivered package. In my years of receiving packages, it has to be the expensive insured and tracked package that gets lost. To all reading this, please complain to our local post office of this incident and get rid of this scourge in our community. None of us is safe. My case is grand theft in California and has been reported to the Industry Police station. Update 6/27: Mail carrier rang my doorbell today, and I signed for the missing package. I've lived in La Puente for 3 months now and this post office is by far the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. Not only does my house have to share a wall with these morons but I have to deal with not receiving mail? Mail from our mailbox is never picked up... Why you may ask? When I call all I ever receive is excuses and never an apology. The staff has always had a very off putting tone or attitude. Almost like I am bothering them... The answer I always get is... I went in to renew my passport and it took exactly the amount of time that she promised on the phone. She's very helpful with questions and the process was very speedy and efficient. And today I got my neighbor's letter with her medical insurance membership card of 2018 from Blue Shield of California inside. If this card was in other person's hand, who later uses it at his/her will for his/her medical service, what will happen to my neighbor. Did you hear something like medical insurance fraud? Worst post office ever. I called in at 8:30in the morning and it the call doesn't go through. After several attempts, I decided to call their emergency line. A guy picked up, then I explained my issue, that I have a package arrived to this facility and instead of delivery I would like to go pick up. He asked me the zipcode of the facility as if I'm stupid and don't know if I called the correct facility. Then he said "hold on" and put me on hold. For literaly 15minutes. So I decided to hang up and re dial. Then this emergency number doesn't go through either! What a fantastic way to ignore your customers?! We DID NOT pay for your attitude. If you hate your job so much then quit. Stop wasting everyone's time here. I hope you guys understand we are the one paying your salaries. If we quit using USPS services you guys are ALL FIRED! I live in La Puente for over 20 years. I've been coming to this USPS for its the closest to me. I try having everything ready so that i can not give them a hard time and make it easiest for both of us. I always noticed their attitude and smart remarks at people.... but i consider it since they deal with one of the worst customers I've seen. Finally i've had a few events where i just needed a bit more of their help (Tracking, answering some shipping questions) nothing too big. Every now and then i come in doing some bulk drop offs. The last time (June 30th 2014) i made a drop off of pre-paid parcels. Now it was July 2nd and there was no information whatsoever about where the parcels are now, so its been at least a good 48hrs for it to show up. I decided to come in drop off another parcel in the morning 9:30am (not prepaid) and ask them while i'm there where they are. I was assuming since Online their website wouldn't be as updated as their actual systems. So i payed my other parcel and asked this Asian lady helping me if she can track my parcels. She explain how the website can lag and to give it a few days, ok but i asked her if she could track them anyway for my reassurance. She already had this attitude towards me like i'm not listening to her (After i'm already a frequent non-problamatic customer). Sure enough when she tried to track it there was no information on their system. When i herd this... i was infuriated, worried and stressed for these were irreplaceable items. Not only that she had this look of embarrassment and half-smile of guilt from what it look like while she explains to me with this dumfounded expression. I asked her if i could just have them back... she mumble and explain something about it being in the back that could take a while... so i decided to let it slide and go home. At home i kept having this constant gut feeling of "Just get them back." So i decide to call to have one of the employees from the back who's not serving the front (not once have i seen in all the years i've come to this place, one of the staff members in the front answer the phone). All morning the phone kept having this busy tone. Finally by 12 theres a ring and it took exactly 5 mins to have someone finally answer my call. I explain to this girl the purpose of my call and she puts me on hold right away... this happen the same way 2 months ago and i didnt get help till after 30min. Now i also work as a receptionist so i know the feeling of having forgot putting someone on hold.... However this time it took 1hour and by this time i was a couple blocks away from this USPS. I asked her if she can find me the parcels that i'm on my way to pick it up. She had an attitude as usual and tried to act like a smart ass of saying "thats why you have a tracking number to know where its is" i replied "whats the point of having it if you're system doesnt show it? So unhelpful and didnt even listen to the details of my situation. She excused me waiting that long on the phone because shes helping customers ..... THEN WHY ANSWER THE PHONE!!!???? When i finally arrive at this USPS, the same Asian lady was helping me and i asked her can i please just get my parcels back. You know i'm being as reasonable as possible... i spoke to the supervisor too and it seems everyone has a different excuse. Holiday, depends where its going.... i even got a response of not knowing the facility their parcels go to when they ship them out before distribution. The supervisor had the nerves to tell me "that's what insurance is for so it can be delivered to the right place" at this point i was mad and loud, not screaming, but loud. Replied to her loud enough for clients to hear "SO I SHOULDN'T TRUST YOU GUYS WITH MY PARCELS? I SHOULDN'T BRING THEM HERE ANYMORE RIGHT?" The supervisor was also another asian lady who was a bit dumbfounded as well when i brought to her realization what shes telling me. I told her my concern is not it being delivered its WHERE THEY ARE! Finally i asked them if any of these employees here in the front answer the phone? or is it a sepreate person. The supervisor said its a seperate person, so i asked her how come she keep putting people on hold for hours? she said shes up here helping you guys and i dont see her? ......ofcourse she had no words for her other then saying everyone is busy doing their part as best they can. So i left it with telling her "then why answer the phone if you wont help me for like an hour?" I left after giving them an earful and decided to wait till Sat Jul 5th. But Wait!!... the following morning they had been scanned for acceptance on July 3rd... July3rd... i went Monday June 30th. Fast forward to today and the parcel i payed for on July 2nd has already been delivered while the others are still in transit. this place has been keeping a physically impaired person from easily getting to thier mailbox. there is a manager by the name of otto. i kindly told him about my situation and at first he seemed willing to help and asks me to have my girlfriends mom request a note from her doctor and he would help me out by getting the mailbox moved to a more convenient location. i dont think he thought i would get it. it took a month because of covid but i got the note and returned to follow through with what otto said. however, when i returned his whole attitude changed. it appeared as if he didn't want to help anymore. he started making excuses before he even presented the letter to the postmaster. this was last week, i left my phone number and the doctors note and i haven't heard from him since. i thought he was a good guy until i realized he was starting to deny my request before even looking into the current location (i will post pictures.) usps should be ashamed of this location, the manager, and his customer service!! he truly seems to have no sympathy. he doesn't seem to mind letting this physically impaired person walk this after reading the details if her condition in the doctors note. i realized that they are really resisting my request just so thier completely physically fit mail carriers dont have to get out if thier vehicles. had i not come in to assist her for this short time she would never be able to do anything about it. not to mention putting up with the amount of hoops i had to jump through and the amount of waiting i had to, and is still enduring. very well deserved 1 star. its places like this and the dmv where there is never any justice for poor customer service. read more

She was very accommodating to me and to my hyper kids. She gave them books to ready while she reviewed our applications. If you need to have passports done, make sure to do it at this office. I can see why everyone absolutely hates USPS. They're garbage. I have a package that arrived at this location. According to tracking, it says that it arrived here and will deliver on Saturday. This weekend is out of the question, so I called to see what my options are. I am informed, yes it is at the La Puente center and that I can go pick it up in person. I ask again to make sure I can go pick it up without any problems and am told that yes, I can definitely pick it up and given the hours of when I can go to pick it up. I go to pick it up and am told it is not there. I explain that the tracking says it arrived at 7:00 AM, and I've called to check prior to coming here. Again, they're confused and deny that it arrived at their location. I am told that it can be at another USPS location in Hacienda. I had to repeat that the tracking clearly said La Puente, not Hacienda. I had to repeat that I called to check before coming. They just tried to get me to leave (note, there is NO line the entire time so no, they are NOT busy at all). I asked for them to check in the back to at least confirm the location of my package. They returned and said they don't know. I gave them the tracking number and they said it was an invalid one. Again, they are confused and tried to tell me it MIGHT be in another location. I pull up my tracking information from my phone and show them. Now at this point, they finally see that it was accepted by USPS in La Puente. (I'm not fucking sure why they wouldn't believe me as if I'm lying? WTF is up with that? Why would I make it up?) Even then, they're acting confused still and try to brush it off saying they don't know where it is. (They're really just fucking lazy and don't want to do anything.) They even tried to say it could still POSSIBLY be at the other Hacienda location. Okay, how is that acceptable at all? How the fuck do you expect people to just be okay with not knowing where their package is/not matching the tracking information? It's pathetic enough that USPS doesn't know where their shit is but at least go figure that out? They're literally just clueless and don't even bother doing the minimal, which is just to check where it is! How do they work there and not know the process? It isn't until later, a disgustingly aggressive and rude employee hears that it was accepted at 7:00 AM and just says they have it. Yes, just flat out admits it is in the back and no hesitation just refuses to give me my package. Literally said "I will not go get it." Now I have to wait until several days for my package to circle around and go back to USPS to pick it up later because USPS employees don't want to do their fucking jobs. Yes, that totally makes perfect sense. (Even tried to argue with me that it is not "circling" around until I repeated how my package will be delivered and they also caught themselves - like how lazy that they don't even care about spewing random nonsense.) The entire time, these pathetically lazy employees just kept repeating they don't know where my package is and every time I say I've called and checked (a few times on the phone at that), they give the excuse that the people on the call don't know what they're talking about. That's not my problem. That's YOUR problem. If the people on the phone "don't know what they're talking about" and "are never correct" then IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LET THEM KNOW. USPS employees are all lazy enough as it is. How about just let them know so these problems won't happen anymore??? Less for USPS employees to do since no one there is actually working anyways. I've done my part to check and check to make sure I can pick up my stuff. Waiting for the package sucks but I understand when situations get a little complicated - that part is fine. My problem is with these employees who think it is okay to blame US for not doing THEIR jobs and for these employees to get irate that I'm trying to get them to do their job. He/she never wants to talk to a customer when requested. My mail was not being delivered to my residence for about a week now. I went to the PO to find out why. They had my mail on hold. I was told that my mailbox has been changed by the carrier/mailman. I was told to get my mailbox key at this location, but the workers here had no idea about the key and told me to come back later. These workers are very disorganized and lacks good communication with each other. Wasted my time to drive here and had to delay on checking my mails. What if I had a bill to pay? The reason this place is getting more than 2 stars is because of the lovely passport lady that works there - you guys need to give her a raise or something because she is one of the only redeeming qualities of your particular business when it comes to customer service. One of the women at the counters is very blunt and has somewhat of an, unwelcoming demeanor. I spoke with her on the phone about my passport appointment I had made and she was rude. But back to the passport lady - as others have said, although she is quite busy (because this place is understaffed I presume) between answering calls she was very friendly and thorough in helping me get my first passport. Worst post office I have ever dealt with. It is making me regret moving to this city. I had two packages stolen/"lost" with in a week span. Funny thing is they had tracking and it says they were unable to drop off since no one could sign off but it didn't require a signature and there is someone always at my house. Went to the post office to retrieve them but they do not know where it is or who took it out to be delivered. This is a bunch of bs because I heard the clerk next to me tell a customer that a delivery man had signed off on their package out to deliver. This place seriously needs to be investigated by the authorities. I thought I was an isolated case but now I look at other reviews I see I'm not. read more

Always mis delivering packages. I just moved in this neighborhood and I order many things online. I have had 2 missing packages already, they turned up a couple of days after being labeled delivered on the package. I am waiting for another one now. Just yesterday I had someones package from a few doors down the street delivered to my door. Perhaps they should only hire people who can read. read more

Unfortunately, this location is the hub to deliver my mail. They're so f'ing lazy!! Expected a international delivery that was sent via Priority Class. I wasn't home to receive and sign for it, and a slip was left. The time stamp of attempt of delivery was 10:44am, and I was back at noon. I went on USPS.com to schedule redelivery and got a confirmation that it would be delivered the next day (today). Mind you, I requested the redelivery online in the early afternoon yesterday. Well, today it wasn't delivered. I spoke with the USPS national service center, and she tried to help. Took all the information and gave me an investigation #, sent the HUB an email and gave me a phone number knowing they won't check their email till the next morning. The investigation # is a detailed explanation of what transpired and a call to action to have it specially delivered today. This was 2pm today, and thinking that should be sufficient time for them to make the trip. You know their code, "no rain, sleet or snow" should delay them from their duty. Well, I didn't want to take the chance [as I've had bad experience with them years ago] and called to asked for a supervisor as instructed, but she was a total lazy biatch! I tried to give her the investigation number, but too lazy to refer to it, but instead asked for the tracking number (too lazy to change to a different application to type in the investigation #). She came up with a lame excuse that the postman didn't check the notice this morning and that's the reason it wasn't redelivered today. But instead, will redeliver tomorrow. Basically, she ignored all aspects of the system USPS had put in placed with redelivery & investigation numbers, and their sworn code of conduct...as well as that postman who is to deliver. NOTE: It's rarely the same postman so it tells me the entire staff is too lazy to check any special instructions as a norm. The postmaster needs to clean house, retrain entire staff or get fired! read more

The employee helping me is so unprofessional. I can hear him in the back with a coworker saying he can't find the package that I'm here to pick up. Then they start laughing. Really?!?! Maybe you should stop social hour and get your lazy self. They lost my package. read more

Worst customer service I have ever had, no smile, no "good morning how may I help u", why do this people attend customers if they don't know how to treat us I expected more from a U.S. Post office. To make my experience short, the lady made me feel like crap because I wanted to buy a 49c stamp w a $20 thank u to the kind lady that came to my rescue and gave me 50c to buy it or who knows how long the lame lady would of made me wait until "she had change", & and she didn't care I was carrying my 8month old baby. read more
