I told her we had more mail that we needed to bring up because it's accumulated in the mailbox, very rudely again "Don't touch it! It's not yours so leave it, the post man will pick it up!" I told her we need room for stuff in our name to be able to fit in the box and the post man hasn't picked anything up after leaving notes that the mail isn't ours. She then just rolls her eyes and I just walk away. This is why the post office locations are dying out, due to rude staff who just don't care that you're trying to do the right thing.

The BS office is dirty with rude staff, but Grain Valley is always clean and the staff here is very nice and always have smiles on their faces. I have never had a bad experience here at the Grain Valley branch. Any time I have come in for in-person errands they have been friendly and helpful. I wish my incoming packages could come through Grain Valley as well!

I have never had any issues or a problems at the Grain Valley Usps. There is rarely a line and the employees are always extremely courteous and helpful. I love my small town Grain Valley Post Office. She then sold me two books of stamps, dated 2022 and 2023, which are older than last year. There was only one person behind the counter who could help patrons. The other claimed she, "Couldn't accept money." The Lincoln, MO post office is more efficient and worth the trip. So far the Lincoln post office hasn't made stuff up just to get rid of me like the Warsaw post office.

The post office is in this tiny building that's so quaint. I swear it doesn't look like a post office. I've not had better service than what I had at the Greenwood facility. I'm seriously going to use them often.
