I'm amazed by the exceptional service I received at Going Postal in Platte City, MO. They went…read moreabove and beyond to ensure I paid only for what I truly needed. They didn't just hand me a box and send me on my way-- they packed my items themselves with care, asked if I have anything fragile to make sure they take extra care while also trying to keep everything fit perfectly. Because they chose the precise box size, I avoided purchasing an unnecessary larger box and saved me money on mailing costs; and they're surprisingly even cheaper than USPS! I'm truly appreciative of their kind gesture. Thank you so much!!

Wasn't aware my package needed a signature for it to be dropped off at my home. DONT come here on…read morethe weekend because they're closed SAT & SUN. Pretty inconvenient for people who work full time jobs. I'm giving this place a low rating because I feel they should post their "Summer Hours" online. They constantly change drivers routes so I never seem to have the same driver. They constantly say that the address is incorrect when it is in fact the correct address. I sit and wait all day for packages only to be told that due to operational reasons the package could not be delivered and will be delivered the next day between the hours of 8am and 9pm. Like I have nothing better to do than sit around multiple days in a row waiting on this pathetic company to deliver packages. No way can you get someone on the phone that remotely sounds like english is their first language so I guarentee they farm this out to some foreign country. They phone representatives are impossible to understand and when you ask to speak to someone else they say they cant get the higher ups to answer. Simply mind boggling how this company still exists!!

I went to tell her and she's like "never mind, write it down." So I did. I told her we had more mail that we needed to bring up because it's accumulated in the mailbox, very rudely again "Don't touch it! It's not yours so leave it, the post man will pick it up!" I told her we need room for stuff in our name to be able to fit in the box and the post man hasn't picked anything up after leaving notes that the mail isn't ours. She then just rolls her eyes and I just walk away. This is why the post office locations are dying out, due to rude staff who just don't care that you're trying to do the right thing.
