I understand a day or two delay for bad weather, but when the road has been cleared for two days and STILL NO PICK UP and we have trash overflowing as a result, it seems a little excessive. The only reason they can get by with this type of treatment is that there is no other option - no other trash company will pick up where we are. With most business situations, this would be called a MONOPOLY and should be investigated.
