Tried to rent a unit. Paid for the unit. Got onsite and found the unit was locked and in use. The layout they sent wasn't the same layout that's there. Communication was pointless. Don't use them. read more

Watch out! My rent for a single unit started at $30 a month just over a year ago and it is now $71 a month for the same unit. No one ever answers the phone or provides any service at all. Terrible! read more

When asked if they got the fingerprint, because necklaces where to be made of our loved ones fingerprint, and given to the kids, the man said, and I quote, " I forgot!" No apology, no nothing, just " I forgot" Could not get the fingerprint because our loved one was cremated! Something we will never have now! That's a detail that should have never been overlooked. The lack of compassion, and empathy, not caring, and oh well attitude was disgusting. Best to use a funeral home outside of town. I come from a funeral home background, I know the process. This is a detail that should have never been overlooked, and forgotten! It seemed like it was just another deceased person to them. I know they messed up other things as well. Only person who had compassion, was the lady in the office.

I understand a day or two delay for bad weather, but when the road has been cleared for two days and STILL NO PICK UP and we have trash overflowing as a result, it seems a little excessive. The only reason they can get by with this type of treatment is that there is no other option - no other trash company will pick up where we are. Robin, the owner/operator, is a most pleasant and information sharing person. I highly recommend this company, as I have only had good experiences with their service. Both service jobs involved pumping my septic tank-location Warsaw. The first time Robin shared information on how to care for my system. The second time I could recite the care program and was informed I was a good customer because it showed that I had followed the instructions because my system was in great shape. Kudos to Robin for his customer relations!

What that is I'm not sure. They dragged this out for over two months leading me on that they will do the job. They never showed and never returned my calls or e-mails.This is not a company I would do business with. Very inconsiderate and rude. I gave them an opportunity to speak there piece before I wrote this review to make sure they didn't have a good reason for not showing up or even calling to explain. Still no reply.
