Can this be true, five ***** Stars ***** five to the US Post Office? Am I crazy?…read more Never in my postal dreams, oops, nightmares could I have imagined getting service so good from the USPS that I would write a positive review of my experience and max out the star rating. But behold: I was out of town recently and realized I would be staying longer than originally planned. So I accessed the USPS website to place my mail on hold starting that day and extending out two days past my return. When I got back home, there was NO mail in my mail box, including a rent check that a tenant messaged me he had himself dropped in. I messaged him about the missing check, and he replied that other mail was in the box at the time he dropped off his check. I got my held mail bundle from the PO and, surprise, his rent check was inside along, obviously, with the mail that had been building up in the box prior to USPS processing my online request. Amazing! The postal carrier had removed the already-delivered mail from my mailbox and kept it at the branch location with the held mail for safe-keeping. My mailbox does has an unsecured flap, and should be replaced with a locking box, but that's another story.

I had my husband mail a package for me at this post office while I was at another nearby business. It was a Saturday, and he arrived about one minute before the closing time of 1 PM. We thought that closing time was early! We felt thankful that the postal employee still served him. I had already affixed a postage label to the package at home, so we had to pay $0 to the postal employee in person. My package arrived to its destination on time.

I called nearly a dozen notaries in the South Hills -- and while many of them were likely just fine, none of them answered their phone! I called Back Office Plus, got a live human on the phone who was very personable, and verified that I could get the document notarized today by 7 pm -- despite not even calling until just after 5 pm. The process was easy peasy, reasonably priced, and done with super friendly service. We were also impressed by the sheer range of services offered, so I'm sure we'll be back soon.

She spoke to IGNORANT DAVE who was the rudest, most inconsiderate employee that would not give her the package or help with the problem that the CLAIRTON POST OFFICE created. IGNORANT RUDE DAVE had the audacity to tell my daughter "We don't give people their mail, you have to wait til it's delivered, that's common sense"... What kind of human that works with the public speaks this way and why is this exceptionable? My daughter left because he was so MOUTHY AND IGNORANT! I called and spoke to another employee, they gave her the package but I'm still waiting for a call back to find out why our mail was being held for no reason.
