Naturally, it sounded like it would take a while. In the 3 weeks since then, I have called at least 3 other times and have never been able to speak to the manager. Usually, it's his day off. That's if I can get through and actually talk to someone. One female employee was nice enough to give me an email to send a copy of the disputed transactions to, and she seemed to already be aware of my situation, but there has been no resolution or apology for being out over $185 for the past 3 weeks. I finally called my bank, and they put out a fraud alert and resolved the issue within 5 minutes. Naturally, I'll have to wait 10 days for the money to be returned, but at least they answered the phone and did something for their customer.
